Very comfortable and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The breakfast was always hot and fresh. The variety was excellent and you could always find exactly what you wanted. I would recommend anyone to stay at The Hampton Inn in Fredericksburg.

The room was spacious and comfortable but the bathroom layout was not user friendly for two people. The door wouldn’t open completely and you couldn’t turn on any light on that didn’t shine directly on the beds. There was no privacy.

All great except pool and hot tub.

All the folks and the rooms were great.

The pool was terrible and the hot tub was out of service. This was the main reason we picked this place was for the pool.

Great stay!

Beautiful, clean room. Very nice and friendly staff, great pool. Nothing bad to say!!

Expensive for 2 queen beds, but that's probably the norm.

Clean, easy access to shops, museum Friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast.

Minor thing, but we couldn't figure out how to close the curtains. Should have asked sooner, but found out at checkout, there is a 3rd row set of blackout curtains.

Staff was helpful and pleasant.

The mattress for the bed was thin and not as comfortable as anticipated. Bed frame was noisy.

Will not return to this location - unfriendly staff and we were locked out of our room.

right in the middle of downtown

staff, breakfast was blah, and had difficulty with checking in, too expensive for what you received. We were trying to use a diffuser credit card when checking in and the staff didn’t know how to do that. They kept charging to the original card which wouldn’t work. We were locked out of our room and was not told about it until we tried to get in our room. The staff kept using the card that was on the booking instead of the new card we gave them at checkin. Will not be using booking.com - too many issues with being charged before the stay.

Hope to be back in six months

location is great right in town so you can walk to lots of places. The second day breakfast was great. Staff was very nice and friendly! coffee was great!

bathroom could use a bet better lighting. The bathroom sink drained very slow. better coffee in the room.

the elevator wasn’t working right the hot tub was full of algae so was very disappointed we couldn’t use it

Very good

When we arrived on Saturday afternoon, the woman working the desk was pleasant and kind. She told us that she was new. The man working with her was extremely rude to her in front of us for no reason. Belittling her and it made us feel uncomfortable.

It is a nice stay

The room was large and had a couch. The bathroom was easy to get around in. There is a walk in shower. There is a step so you can't roll you chair in but the step isn't high. I absolutely love the firepit. And the staff was great.

The bed was too hard so I didn't sleep great. I wanted a balcony but when i upgraded I thought I getting balcony but wasn't. The hotel couldn't change anything because booked through booking. But then I found out the balcony rooms aren't handicap accessible, so they would have been more difficult for me to get around in. My view was of trucks backed up right at the window of our room.

Enjoyable stay and a fine breakfast.

The breakfast was very good with a wide selection. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room had warm water bit no hot water. The warm water was warm enough to bathe. So please, some hot water. There was a clunking sound when the toilet was flushed. The room in question was room 200.
