Passable

That it was quiet.

The floors were dirty. No phone service, the phone in the room didn’t work. Towels were small and thin.

We got a room at the best western. The staff there were comforting and welcoming.

the owner, desk clerk was extremely rude to my daughter. she was terrified of the man.

Man in front desk was very unprofessional and very VERY VERY RUDE! Will NOT be staying here again. Worst experience ever

Everything was horrible!! The fridge was broken and water was all over the room. Alarms were put on while we were going to the room.

Disappointing.

The location was good.

There was hair on my sheets and bed. No coffee maker in the rooms. Hair on the counter. Walls and doors needed to be scrubbed clean.

Great place to stay

Room was very clean,bathroom was a good size. Beds were comfortable.love having a Microwave and refrigerator.

Would like it if it had a iron for your clothes.& air conditioning for the bathroom.

Okay place to spend a night

Nice clean room for the value. Reasonably comfortable bed and adequate facilities

Ugly asphalt surroundings. But the main negative was the male manager who lacked any semblance of warmth or appreciation

The guy that ran the office, I didn't like him. Mike was a much better and nicer man.

Sleepless

Staff were friendly

Super loud talking and banging noises from room above us until midnight. Then loud talking outside our room. We were so tired from traveling and had hoped for a peaceful nights sleep by finding a hotel far away from the freeway. Unfortunately all the noise was at the hotel.

Overall a very poor experience for an overnight stay on a long journey.

Room was large and bed comfortable. Room was clean.

No breakfast and no coffee in the room. They said there was coffee in the office, but it didn't open until 8 am. A couple checked in after we went to bed and proceeded to have a shouting match. Woke us up at 3 am. Didn't call the office due to time, but should have. Only got a couple hours sleep before we had to drive for another 10 hours. Very poor experience.

It was a little older property but it was well worth the money and it showed pride of ownership

Very good

The current owners have nicely updated a basic 1960s motel. Well worth driving a couple of miles off the freeway. It is near a very cool downtown district with good restaurants (we loved Father Paddy’s Irish Pub) with covered outdoor seating for the COVID-conscious.

There was no little coffee pot in the room — had to walk to the office.
