Quality was ok for this type of property and close to the Route 66 downtown area and restaurants etc.
For the price it was fine.

Good price.. clean. Shower very clean and good water pressure. Stuff in back of our pickup was not disturbed.
A bit far from i-40. Ciuld hear people walking and talking upstairs.
Air conditioner very loud but cool.
Bed too soft. Body sinks in and hard to turn over..

proximity to train track.

comfortable rooms in a good location. the nightlife of Beale Street is a 10 minute walk. it is on the main road and facing a railroad track….but so are all the motels in town.

It’s a little old.
staff was very friendly! my dad lost his glasses and the staff searched with us.
love the location.
room was very hot, the AC didn’t work at all.
We were a little dissapointed that the pool was closes down. they filled it with concrete.

The early morning was nice with a lovely view.
The faculties weren’t as clean as we would expected. We found dusty and hair in the bathroom. The shower was also super small and claustrophobic. The owner? or staff were a bit odd with my partner and I. We were told they were closed but we still managed to get a booking, they still gave us a room. They called us to asked if the room was okay but to be honest we had been on the road for the last 9hours and we arrived late at night so had no strength to admit how we truly felt. I don’t think they could have done anything at this point. The place is very old and could do with a refurbishment honestly.
The room smelled of cigarette like it was in the walls. My partner and I are extremely sensitive to those smells and it was just not pleasant to stay there. It was also extremely noisy at night being right next to some rail road. You can hear trains passing by all night longs.

She called in the morning to check how we were- she checked on us daily to make sure we had what we needed. She was very agreeable when we asked for extra pillows.
I wish there was a pool. And breakfast.

a bit old and run down

Budget room in center of Kingman. Clean and spacious. Looks a bit outdated, but that's also the charm on route 66. Our room did have a new aircon system. Shower was good, bed too.
Nothing much, price for quality good. Just looks somewhat outdated, but that didn't bother us!

This was in a perfect location for us, in historic downtown Kingman. Very nostalgic Route 66 feel. Easy check in/check out. Staff very friendly. Room was very clean.
It is an older motel, with all that comes with that... The train is close, so there is some noise from the tracks, although there was no whistles. Small bathroom.
