It was unsafe and I want a refund.

There was nothing to like about this property or location. I cannot recommend it in any fashion.

The door to the room had a busted/broken lock that was hanging on by a thread and unable to be secured. I took photos -- to which the front desk staff said, "Looks like someone tried to break the door down."

Comfortable but work to update furnishings, repairs are in progress

Location was perfect for our destination to attend a wedding. The bed was really comfortable for our short overnight stay. The staff were friendly and kind.

Although surprised to see a jacuzzi tub in the room it was disappointing to find the paint/coating on the bottom of it was chipped and worn making it uninviting. The mirror above the tub needs to be replaced or removed. It appears updates on the interior are a work in progress and we appreciated the nice tiled shower but the bathroom doorframe needs to be planned as it wouldn't shut. Only two hooks were provided to hang our clothes; no closet.

Great location, staff was super helpful. There’s a fun restaurant next door that has a great happy hour.

Best place around, by far!

When I came to this Motel I was in shambles. I was having issues at my home and had to get out of there for a little while for sanity sake. Jason was so wonderful and welcoming. He truly made me feel like I was at home when I was unable to be at my own. I have Goosebumps just thinking about his warmth and kindness, and understanding. The facility was clean, mellow, scenic, (having a beautiful Peck park right across the street) as well as enveloped with restaurants, mini marts, and a shopping center right down the street. Prime location.

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave this awesome Motel! LOL!

A hidden gem!

I really liked that it was clean & that the folks working there (Jason and cleaning crew) we're very kind and friendly. The bed was also quite comfortable. I also enjoyed the fact that it was quiet besides the fact that it is located next to a busy street. It was also a very pleasant experience to dine @ the restaurant Think Steakhouse which seems to share the property with the hotel; the ambience was nice, food was tasty and... Happy hour prices!

We needed to be in the neighborhood so it worked for us.

The shower had excellent water pressure. loved it.

Run down and overpriced. Needs to be renovated.

Overall I got some sleep which was most important to me.

I liked that I could book and check in pretty late in the evening and there was no need to checkout when I left the next day. The microwave was useful in the morning too.

I didn’t like how unclean the towels were. One had a red stain on it and another had someone’s hair. The location was pretty loud being right next to a restaurant. There were ants in the bathroom which I didn’t really mind, but thought I would point out.

Staff is really nice. Near the plaza and across the street from a nice park.

I’ve only had one room where the tub was missing the plug but otherwise it’s good.

I liked the whirlpool bath and lighting! Really lavish and luxurious!

The area is a bit crowded with buildings surrounding all sides of the hotel, but the location is good if you're able to drive to the Palos Verdes Penensulas and scenic hikes and beaches. The decor of the room I had was really exotic with recessed colorful lighting and mirrored cieling over the whirl pool tub! I absolutely loved it and enjoyed it each night! The carpets in my room were grimy but I bought slippers which made it easier to navigate . The shower was beautifully tiled and roomy and bathroom was brightly lit and clean. The pillows on the queen bed were a bit hard, woke up with a stiff neck. Thank goodness for Tylenol! Lol! Or bring your own 😊! The Wi-Fi is weak so I couldn't enjoy the television. Otherwise it was a great stay!
