Very unhappy, disappointed

It was 15 minutes to a Universal

The whole facility is outdated. We got into the room. The sheets were wrinkled, the toilet was dirty, with brown stains, there was hair in the bathtub, the carpet was dirty, everything was awful about this room. Clean room was very important becauseI have kids. I complain to the front desk and they told me to email the manager. I wanted to see if they give me some kind of reimbursement and they have not replied back. I am super unhappy and I cannot believe I paid $145 with a $100 deposit for this place. Please be careful with this place. It’s not in a good area and if you’re traveling with kids, the rooms are not clean.

We loved it. Nice place, we will definitely stay here again.

Location it was close to everything we wanted to do.

The hot tub all the jets weren't working, but we still enjoyed it.

Very good

The pool was clean with a perfect temperature. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The coffee and “breakfast” of sugary pop tarts weren’t enjoyable, and probably shouldn’t be advertised as breakfast-included.

The exterior and the long were the best parts.

The hotel is cute when you walk in.

However the rooms have cracks in the walls and there are no fans I the bathrooms the tile was lose. My niece woke up with a piece of candy in her hair that was not hers. We reported it to management and they did nothing to compensate up. The tv situation was horrible. It doesn't work without you casting a app from your phone so that was a high pain. Beside the tv evening small. The elevator need to have a safety check it rattle and was extremely slow. The front desk staff did the very least to make you feel like they are happy you're there.

I would stay here again and would recommend it

We seemed to be in the newer section but sadly we had a lousy view. Staring at a wall. The staff there are awesome and they honoured our cancellation and it was so greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend staying there. It has a cool vibe in the lobby but for me it is the STAFF that make it what it is. thank you to the front dest guys

The lack of view from my window and it would be nice to have it a bit more updated overall

I specifically booked a room for pets, I even had it confirmed in messages. when I got there the front desk said that I did NOT do that, and would not honor their own message and charged me a DOUBLE PET FEE.

the front half,pool, and lobby was very vintage and touristy.

very outdated rooms and couldn’t watch tv unless you streamed from your own device , unfortunately restaurant and bar are closed; not sure if that’s only on the weekends or all the time.

Be aware - the only way to watch TV is through chrome cast. The wifi continually freezes. We called the front desk several times to have it re-set. This did not resolve the issue. We ended up watching the College Bowl games on our phones. I was very frustrated and wish this would have been mentioned before booking. The hotel is old and in need of repair. The pictures are deceiving.

Disappointing

my flight was delayed and I arrived late at the hotel. the front desk was empty and I spent 40 minutes calling and ringing the doorbell but an attendant who was inside the room just ignored it for about 40 minutes. when I hit her super thick, chewing her gum, it didn't rub off my reservation, it said I saw it in the booking but not in the hotel's system. After a long wait, I finally managed to check in.

Staff were excellent and good location for my visit for work

location, and staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot my iPhone charger and the overnight staff let me borrow his.

My shower water got cold very fast and I had to frequently rattle the handle on the toilet to stop it from running
