Nearby restaurant and stores

The manager/owner is very arrogant and rude. The keycards to my room was not working a lot of times. When I finally called their attention (as it is no joke running to the reception all the time when I was parked at the other side of the property, and when you have bags on your hands and plus it was cold outside), the lady manager got pissed off. I was explaining my why I am frustrated and suggesting if she can replace my cards. She asked me right away to pack my things up. She probably is also the owner because her attitude shows no care if they lose customers. I just wanted new cards as I was explaining maybe the physical cards were damaged already. She didn’t care about my explanation, she didn’t care about the inconvenience it caused the me. All she cared was she didn’t like to hear constructive feedback. Her ego was hurt so she wanted me to leave. I called 911 because I was sure I didnt do anything wrong and to check what my rights and options were. Unfortunately, the authority couldn’t do anything as they said it is a private business and they have a right to kick people out (even without a justifiable cause!) Well at least by calling cops I was assured that they will refund me of the unused day and there was a recorded convo on that. This was very shocking and traumatizing. The nerve of them to rush me to pack and gave me 10mins only. I was booked for 3 days so imagine how I set my things up. No wonder they can easily do that to everybody because it seems like the policy favors them and they know it. The lady manager/owner was very mean. Before me there was a guy who complained about a stinky smell on the floor and ended up leaving as well. I only understood it when it was my turn to complain. The room I rented and the patios had indeed a stinky smell. I had to buy air freshner, which Im sure they saw because I left it in the room. This place’s strategy is to kick you out once you complain, so people cannot complain! So unbelievable.

Older motel that is past its prime

Felt dirty. We have low vision and the room was very dark, even with all the lights on and shades open. Breakfast was marginal.

All In all, it wasn't an uncomfortable 5-7 hour stay!!

Left at about 4:30AM, so we didn't have breakfast. As for the location, is wasn't ideal, but it was just for a few hours!

Grab bar by the commode would help the older customers getting down and up. Upgrade the door locks, because we had trouble with the key cards several times!

accommodating, awesome, kind staff and a modest quiet and clean room that had every needed amenity

The front desk man was incredibly awesome in helping me with some card issues and was super accommodating and kind. I loved all of the staff as they were all kind, attentive, and friendly. Loved my stay with kind people that treated me as family!

We wanted to book another hotel after the 1st night.

Everything, the palce was stinky, unclean and smelled weird. We could hear everybody scream in other rooms and we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned. Disgusting place.

Although the location was great I won’t stay again due to my allergies to mold and mildew.

The location was amazing

The room had a very strong must/mildew smell. That unfortunately affected out allergies a lot and at the end my asthma started up as a result. We were out for almost the entire day so we’re only there to sleep.

So much opportunity to provide hospitality.

The room was convenient and well appointed. Plenty of opportunity to be comfortable and do my homework on the road. The heat worked well.

The room probably sat unused for a while. A lot of little gross details that went unaddressed--food trash behind bureau, bloody smudge on "do not disturb" sign. Some gross little ditty in the toilet. Carpet was not vacuumed. Housekeeping made it better the second night--hopefully they get to a "complete" before the next guest.

Don’t do it!!!

The bed was comfortable.

The smell!!! Building 100 is where my room was. The smell in the hallway was much like a funeral home and the room was like a morgue. Dank dirty smell with some sort of perfume trying to cover it up. The window in the room was painted shut so no fresh air. The sink in the room dripped so loud I put a facecloth in it to quiet it somewhat. Filthy carpet with iron burns in it.

Dirty, smelly, mildew and mold motel, with comfortable bed.

Bed was comfortable. Location was near the airport.

The entire property smells of mold and mildew. The smell is so strong and unpleasant. The carpets are dirty throughout the hotel and the breakfast area is a dirty disaster. There are left over clothes in the laundry room that just sit open in the washer/dryer that contributes to the mildew smell for sure. The property is not maintained well and there is a sketchy homeless area in the parking lot that invites all types of people. Do not stay here. This hotel should be reported.

We were hearing someone's alarms for 2 hours straight, breakfast was ok at best, no wifi where we were. Corridors were dark.

Affordable option for the area and very friendly staff

Very affordable option for the area. Staff was very nice and accommodated early check in without a request beforehand. Easy to book an additional night without a pre existing reservation.

Hallways were not very clean. About 20 minutes from downtown and hard to find an Uber late at night back to the area.

I loved the lamps with the reading light!! Great choice for coffee.

The bad smell in the hallways. I do not know what it was but it was very strong and my allegories did not like it. There was also piles of hair in the bathroom corners.

A very nice place to stay but is hidden from the road making it hard to find because it is behind stores. Other than that, it is a great place clean and the workers are very friendly. I would definitely go back.

Terrible

There was a party or something few rooms down they were walking in and out all night long. Zero exaggeration all night noone was ever sleeping. I was extremely nervous all night long. It was me a 30 yr old women with her teenage daughter alone. I am not use to being the protector. I had to get over that real quick staying there.
