Nice hotel, did not like being surprised with a $100 extra fees

Very nice rooms the staff was friendly

I was shocked to find out that I would be charged $100 for my pet… I booked through booking.com and could find nowhere that mentioned there being a fee for pets. Also after checking my credit card it looks as though I was charged $150 for my pet.

Booking.com engages in unfair business practices.

Booking.com advertised this as $151.00/night. Turns out there was one night that was at $151.00 the remainder were higher. Bait and switch and false advertising seems to be booking.com's way of doing business. This was first time I used them for reservations and after this experience it will be the last time.

I was disappointed with the hotel and its facilities

We liked that we could bring our dog with us to the hotel.

We had to switch rooms twice because the equipment to get into the room did not work. Once the maid tried to help is, then the engineer came and tried, at which time we moved into a third room. There is a lot upgrading that needs to be done. It's the little things that we the customers notice, that are the most important.

Overall it was ok not sure if I would stay again.

The room was a bit on the small side but clean but ok for two, bed was comfortable - the pillows were horrible they need to upgrade it was flat and it took all four pillows on the bed to be comfortable also the bedding needs to be changed ever so often it had a smell 😝to it the sheets were clean, but the covers need to be change also. Housekeeping needs to make sure the garbage is taken out at the time of cleaning I had to chase them down to take the garbage out they cleaned the room but did not take out the trash and there was trash from the previous folks on the floor- The bathtub was backing up logged a complain the engineer came up and took care of the bathtub but then the sink started backing up. 😒

We were able to bring our dog

A dog went to the bathroom in the doorway and lobby and no one noticed - when we pointed it out, it was cleaned up by a dry mop- just pushed around the floor- no cleaning products or even water.

Advertised pool and hot tub . But it wasn't open . They blamed booking.com. ac was locked at one setting . Faucet in bathroom was faulty along with toilet.

Clean and good hotel with NO POOL!

Nice robes. Decent hotel with nice fancy water and lemonade and cookies in lobby

Pool closed for OVER ONE YEAR!! Should NOT advertise you have a pool! You DON'T! FALSE ADVERTISING! Unacceptable!! I wouldn't not have stayed here if I knew the pool was closed, especially for that long!

A great room that was handicapped accessible and met our needs.

We didn't eat breakfast there. The only good part about their food is that they offer it.

The food there we had for dinner a stay ago, and we decided to never eat there again. It wasn't good at all. It was like frozen food reheated. Even my dessert was the worst I'd ever eaten. Eat elsewhere!

The staff gave us a smile and we're extremely friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again on my next trip.

It was OK for a short stay but not very inspirational.

It was fairly comfortable. Nice bed.

It was all very brown. Could do with a refurbishment as it all looked a little tired. My room was very cold and the heating just pumped out cold air. The bathroom looked a bit dated. I would prefer a walk in shower, not a bath. No comfortable chair to sit in and a bedside table seemed to be missing.
