We enjoyed our four night stay and felt the hotel was a great value. It is older but well maintained.

Great location, thoughtful amenities and clean; the room felt spacious. Easy walking to restaurants and shops in the downtown area. Having a guest laundry was a plus as well.

The property is located on the main street and there is some road noise but we didn’t find it to be terribly disturbing.

Overall, it’s a great value and a comfortable and convenient place to stay while in Moab

Location, staff, amenities for a hotel, and the AC (was 107 outside)

Water pressure could of been better and the AC being a wall unit wasn’t the quietest

Superb

Very lovely, right in the middle of Moab, close to all state parks and restaurants just around the corner. Stuff were very helpful and very clean and big rooms.

I could hear all the trucks drive by all night and my room was next to the pool door so people would slam that thing and I could hear it every time.

Loved our stay at Bowen Motel in the Bowen apartment .Very spacious for 2 couples and enjoyed having a large dining and

The Bowen apartment was excellent 3 bedrooms ,full kitchen and laundry ,2 bathrooms and large dining and lounge area .2 parking spaces and a semi private patio

A little dated .On 2 occasions we found other people sitting at our private patio,despite signs saying it belonged with the apartment

Comfortable rooms with a good rate for the location in town. Easily walkable to pretty much anything in town.

although close to the road we didn’t notice the sound. they did provide ear plugs but we didn’t need them. the free washer dryer were very welcome.

Stopped by on our way through to Capitol Reef. I used to live in Moab, but never stayed here before and definitely will

They provided so many extra items for guests that I’ve never seen anywhere else. For example, ear plus for sleeping, and rags to wash down bikes and outdoor gear along with a water hose by the pool.

Old-school motel with easy walking to restaurants and shops

Friendly, well-located, old-school motel in the heart of town. Easy walking to restaurants and shops, nice coffee shop just across the street.

They thoughtfully put earplugs in the room because of the road noise. We didn’t find it to be a problem at all (and we didn’t need the earplugs).

Clean, well positioned and good value stay

It had plenty of space, it had coffee and it was very well positioned for walking around town.

the air conditioner was too noisy so we couldn’t sleep so had to turn it off. Only 3 pods of coffee provided, would have liked 4 and powder milk instead of half/ half fresh sachets.

Excellent place to stay to enjoy Moab and nearby parks.

Great location, easy walk to restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable. No charge for washing machine or dryer.

Room (one Queen) was small.

it was not very soundproof. We were on the ground floor and could hear all footsteps and also voices from the room above. The hotel did provide earplugs for the street noise. We probably should have used them.

perfect place to stay in Moab

Location is great, all of Moab is walkable from the motel. The room was large with a large open space, so in a room with 3 large beds we still had room to move around a bit.

There was no breakfast, which I guess ia not a disaster. We found Moab quite expensive though.
