Excellent location and great staff

Location was absolutely perfect for our rabbit show. The bed was comfortable and I really liked the shower.

The hotel is dated. Water comes out of the Tao brown. Elevator was loud i could hear it from our room

The staff. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were dirty. Not just 1 night dirty but old dust. Not enough gel (soap) or shampoo. Only 2 towels and we were staying 2 nights. There was no extra toilet paper or kleenex, and both were almost empty. The coverlet and pillow case and pillow were dirty. We requested the room cleaned, which they did. But still did not replenish the kleenex or cups. And there was gum stuck on the phone receiver. That should have been found by your cleaning staff...not me! Bathroom exhaust not working, and a light bulb was out. All the surfaces were sticky from the door to the table tops.

I had no where else all was booked. I only went to lay head this is like the worst place to stay.

Location good but this hotel needs to be remodeled and it’s very stinky. Flaky wallpaper,elevators stinks. The bathroom was dirty. The carpet stains and horrible and trash underneath the bed had been there I was so discouraged and upset. I went downstairs and communicated about the dirty bathroom and unclean sheets and gum on the floor by toilet and towels and tissue paper didn’t exist, I had to go down and get all. Then once you leave this hotel it always charges you twice and the management never calls back. Then the employees say oh we got a new manager. But it’s the same lady who nevertheless call you back. This hotel is not sanitary. Hilton Gardens is not a garden of pleasure.

Everything ,Everything. I’m so disappointed. I stay Hilton in so many states. I have been awakened. Never again this Hilton Garden. Ever. I rate this hotel -0

Comfortable. Clean.

When we got there they told us we didn't have reservations. I had reserved 2 rooms. They found 1 reserved under the wrong name but not the other room. I had paid for both rooms and it showed me paying for only one. They finally found a room like I had reserved and gave use that one. It was a total mess.

Nice hotel but worse housekeeping

I liked the size of the room and the comfort of the beds.

That our housekeeper was rude and refused us towels, twice. She would take our used towels but wouldn't give us fresh ones. She told us that she would bring us fresh towels and never did but was in the hallway running and playing with another housekeeper.

Disappointed in the Hilton Garden

I only liked the receptionist.

I didn't like that room 202 had a smell. I didn't like that the cover looked like it had make-up stains, and the bathroom had hair in the tub and sink! Also, my heart went out to all the other people who booked their rooms ahead of time, just to arrive to rooms that were not cleaned 😕 I was very disappointed and embarrassed to tell anyone I stayed at the Hilton Garden in Monroe, Louisiana. I DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

The front desk staff was very nice.

Had to wait for my room to be cleaned at 9:30 pm. They couldn't find my reservations. When return from going from a busy day, my key didn't work to get back in my room.

I wish we would have stayed somewhere else.

The location and the lobby were the only redeeming qualities about this place.

When we checked in, our junior suite only had three small pillows on the king size bed. We had 5 people on our reservation (myself, husband, and 3 kids), so we went to the front desk and asked for 2 pillows - we were told the pillows were first come first served & that they were over capacity. I would have never paid $600 for two nights if I would have known that everyone on my reservation wouldn’t have a pillow. The facility wasn’t clean; the room had stains all over the walls, furniture and carpet. The breakfast was $15/person. The toilets & water pipes made constant loud noises.

the faculty was very nice and the facility was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. i really enjoyed the surrounding business and the next time i book a room in Monroe I will be back

what I didn’t like was that the water was nasty and you can taste it in the food. When I was running bath water. the water was brown and smells. we couldn’t take a bath the whole time we were there. we had to use bottle water

We had three "small" pillows on the bed. We were so tired after attending our event, when we got to our room we called the front desk to send for more pillows but didn't get an answer. Since we were only there for one night, we just dealt with it.

it was fine.

the water has a weird color and I’m from out of town so that might be the water here i don’t know. the staff was friendly and helpful. no problems there. I thought the breakfast would be free but was not so that was a bummer I thought it was included through booking that’s why I choose this inn. the coffee maker in the room didn’t work but they had some downstairs for me to get.

the hotel is nice, staff is friendly! But they could try a little better when it comes to helping with hotel issues!

the hotel was close to our sons home so we didn’t have to travel a lot to see him, and my husband and son loved the indoor heated pool!

so the first night there our AC went out in our room and it got really stuffy, and the fridge was an all in one type so all our sandwich meat froze in it! The next day they were able to change out the AC for us, but no one even offered to comp us for the first night all the desk clerk did was give us two free bottles of water! Then the breakfast isn’t continental so if you want cold breakfast they charge you $9.00 if you want hot they charge $14. It was way cheaper to go .10 miles to Waffle House each morning! And they truly need new pillows!!!!!

The water from the faucet looked dirty & smelled. I wish they had real glasses instead of only paper cups. Complimentary bottles of water would’ve been nice.
