The location is great and clean
Rooms felt a bit small/ tight

Couldn't find reservation at the front desk and they even hung up on booking.com when they called to find reservation. Beds were cheap (you could fill the springs they were so cheap) and on roller frames. The floor was fake hardwood and the beds kept rolling around when you would sit down. The pillows were lumpy and jammed into a pillow case and folded in a square to make them look full. The room was very dirt. It was a fake hardwood and clearly wasn't swept cleaned, it even had old bottles from the previous guests on the floor. Some of the outlets didn't work and the ones that did had things plugged into them like the fridge, microwave and T.V. leaving only a couple spots to plug in everyones electronics. The eggs at breakfast were some type of round disk, some were okay but others were like a piece of foam like they were old from a previous days breakfast and reused.

The price point was great. The staff was friendly.
I just think the property needs an upgrade. The price would probably increase but it might be worth it

Rooms and general appearance was fine.
We had to catch and release 2 grasshoppers from our room.
What looked like a good continental breakfast was a complete waste. The waffle mix was gone, all coffee was gone, all milk was gone, no utensils available except knives, orange juice was terrible. The staff seemed disinterested in refilling anything.

not much
it was impersonal, check in person had no suggestions about food or location of university.

I was there maybe 8 hours and killed 2 cockroaches

Didn’t have any. It closed to early!!,
Left open until at least 10:30 on the weekend.

Thankful for the elevator. It was quiet.
Bed hard and bathroom very small.

Nice location
The towels were very old and thin with strings hanging down. It could use updating.

Check-in was smooth, the room was clean. The property was very convenient to the interstate.
The vanity area around the sink was rather small. There was a lot of traffic noise on the side of the building where our room was located. The breakfast eggs were a little dry and leathery, and essentially the only gluten-free choice.

Room fit our needs
Breakfast was subpar. We had to turn on the waffle maker, and toaster. Breakfast choices were not very good. Eggs, yogurt and carbs

The breakfast was decent
The vomit outside of our door was never cleaned up. It was a bit ghetto of a place for me, personally.

After we switched rooms, we had a clean room.
Breakfast good.
Hot tub fine. Adding a cover for night would save energy.
Our first room on the lower level had such a wet soppy carpet, my socks got soaked. Smelled bad. We switched rooms.
Add shower pump dispenser,: stop the tiny shampoo in plastic.
Towels frayed, cheap,worn.
Switch to one window shade. Curtains worn, let light in.
Maintenance is either short-staffed or not doing much.
There's racing motorcycle, or similar, noise.

Clean room in-line with provided description. I had a room with a street view but fortunately no traffic noise could be heard in the room. Basic breakfast but you will not leave the dining room hungry. Large parking lot.

Was spacious enough
staff were quite rude.
locked me out of my room saying I hadn’t paid for 5 nights (I had and have banking to prove it)
rooms were quite noisy with the traffic

Convenient location
Outrageously priced for the quality - over $300 per night!
TV remote didn’t work. TV old needed updating.
Property in general was very dated and in need of upgrade.
Very little choice for breakfast.
Staff were discourteous and when we can to check out, the receptionist ignored us as she was singing along to whatever she was listening too on her headphones!!!
