Another great stay at the Fairbridge in Missoula

Jessica and Mathew were awesome again. Location was great for us in relation to where we needed to go. Easy access.

There was a little more street noise than last visit. Could have been location of the room but nothing that kept us from getting a good night's rest.

The first floor smelled like urine, the second floor had trash in the hallway and the third floor was hazardous and had all sorts of weird smells

Won’t stay there again

Breakfast had no keto choices, fro t desk was not always attended to, no shuttle, room needs repair and I had to run the AC fan all night rather then a thermos.

I will not stay there again the reviews I had read before hand made it sound like it was a great hotel to stay at.

The room was still dirty and they put us in another room which was a little bit cleaner but still felt dirty. The complimentary breakfast was a joke had no hot food.

We were so happy Fairbridge Hotel was on Hwy 12, it was also close to our friends home. We were very comfortable.Brooks

Beautiful lounge furniture and very nice spacious breakfast room. we had a lovely room on ground level where we could see our car out the window. The counter clerk was very friendly and helpful, Anthony.

drab outside appearance. would have liked more selection for breakfast like scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon.

Won’t stay there again.

Looks good from the outside. Inside is run down, hasn’t been painted or cleaned (carpets, walls, doors) in at least a decade. Horrible wall heaters with missing dials. Moldy grout around bathtub 🤮

One clerk was helpful

Thought I was getting a one room with 2 queen beds. Staff was not helpfull with helping, and stated they would still have to charge me for the room $560 dollars. I would then have to work things out with booking.com While the person at booking was pleasant minimal work was done to negotiate some credit. Ended up staying at the Super 8 for absurd charge of $790. Our room had stains in the carpet, fixtures not clean. Light bulbs piled on the corner at an exit. The overall experience leaves me frustrated angry and dissatisfied. Where has customer service gone. And why should I continue to use Booking.com.

we enjoyed walking on the nearby Bitterroot Trail and to a restaurant however wouldn’t stay there again.

Love the staff!!

The staff was the only reason 1 didn't give it a one the facilities aren't great though. But the staff is stellar

Hotel is quiet, staff is friendly, beds/pillows/smells left for a more desirable stay for the price.

Its so quiet

There were large amounts of pot smoke could be smelled in hallways and occasionally in room.

Good but not great

Very clean room. Close to casinos, shopping, eating and Wal-Mart.

Keys had to be reprogrammed multiple times. Security door did not work properly and had to walk around to front door to get in. Front desk had no change for laundry room. Parking was sketchy.

This hotel is not taken care of. looks better on the outside vs the inside. Will never stay here again.

Staff for check in was very nice! Towels were excellent quality. Everything else was fair.

Didn’t do breakfast

Bed was comfortable but the Pillows were awful! They were like a “ball” of stuffing.
