I only made it to the front lobby, and it was very disappointing.

Not

The website said this place was friendly, but it wasn't when I got there. The lady said she would give me change for laundry and started counting out handfuls of quarters. It was pretty awkward.

the AC kept us up most of the night. changed rooms , as the first one’s AC was broken. second one one failed too.

I’ve had better, I’ve had worse

mini fridge, microwave in room functioning tv decent bed

room heater was unbearably noisy no deadbolt for room door (really unsafe for women)

Hacienda Steals from visitors!!!

Microwave n fridge

No hot water. And staff stole from both of us. Medicine was missing a long with clothes. And some other odds and ends. Never stay there again!! Bad business!!

Clean and comfortable.

I've stayed at this property several times and it is always clean and comfortable. It has no frills, but what it does offer are comfort and value. I recommend this hotel!

There is no coffee maker in the room. That would be nice in the morning.

Would stay here again when traveling through.

Was pleasantly surprised outside of hotel looked a little dated but then went into room must have been recently upgraded. Very nice beds, flooring bathroom tiled and new tub and sink. Outdoor pool first time pool was over 5 foot deep was 8 foot deep and good size

Location accessible and close to restaurants etc.

Office was closed on arrival at 16.00hrs. Went away and came back later still closed although it said open. Eventually found bell to ring. This should be more clear if office unmanned.

.Nice clean little room, but don't expect any conversation from desk

Convenient location to MCAS Room was exceptionally clean 😃 Beds/pillows were comfortable Parking in front of room. Room was small but nice.

Desk clerk never said a word to me, he stayed on his phone the entire time. He just gave me a card to fill out but didn't tell what needed filled out? (Still video chatting on phone!) Gave me the room key and shut the window. Thanks dude for the hospitality 😳 Room was small but nice. AC didn't cool very well.

Price - drive up to the door old time motel

We stayed here as we saw online that it was a quaint Mom and Pop motel. Office staff hardly Mom and Pop. Locked inside office. Not friendly or welcoming. Loud neighbors who blasted music till the early morning hours. Sat on end of bed, the top of the bed went straight up into the air! Needs remodeling and better staff and then it could be a nice place to stay while reminiscing the past.

Great for short stays but was disappointed by staff sleeping on the job

It was in a central location at a good price

The employee was asleep and didn’t hear my husband knocking on the window. I had to call the motel number to wake her up Also there was only one lock on the door which was a lil flimsy made me feel unsafe

Uncomfortable bed

The location was very nice. It was easy to get to, easy to check in, and easy to find my room. The room itself was clean and spacious. The AC was effective. The bathroom was immaculate and the shower was excellent.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was thin and you could feel the springs in it. Because of this, even though I was exhausted by the time I got in for my very late check in,. I slept poorly in spite of how nice in general the room was. I wouldn't stay again for this reason.

It was a bed for the night.

Not a lot

We checked in at 7PM yet had to use the night window. Check in in was conducted through a tiny window for no good reason, check out was the same. This does not make you feel welcome.

Excellent price for a 1950's motel. Clean, comfortable room

Room and especially the bathroom was extremely clean. Very comfortable bed. Excellent WiFi with 5G

Better security than a chain on the door. Ability to check in inside the office rather than using an outside small window

pool, price, ambiance. Nice tiling in the bathroom. Love the original sign!

I wish there was another lock on the door besides just the chain. There was a hair on one of my towels upon check-in, but the concierge gladly exchanged it for me. I love the vintage fiberglass parasol at the pool, but it needs to be repaired and put upright. when I was there it was on the ground.
