Overpaid for a disgusting room.

The distance to our destination.

The location had lots of trash, staff not friendly, room was dirty and smelled awful, bedding smelled and looked unclean, chair and footrest disgustingly dirty, with huge stains on it. The worse of all, the price of the room was much higher than the Courtyard Marriott we stayed in San Antonio.

Disappointed Stay

The area was ok

The manager was a smart ass when asking for extra towels. The breakfast was terrible, only the waffles were good, but I'm diabetic. There are no vending machines. Ice machine located on the 2nd floor. I asked for a room with a king-size bed and was given a room with to full size beds.

Exactly what we asked for

Breakfast and coffee were nice. The refrigerator in our room was large w/freezer! Our rooms were quiet and clean

Other than hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay here and hoping to do it again.

This has been one of my best experiences. The evening front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.

The hot tub was intense. I wasn't able to relax in it because it seemed uncontrollable as far as water jet pressure.

Great value and close to Schlitterbahn!

Teenage boys loved the Jimmy Dean sausage/egg/cheese croissants. I enjoyed making fresh waffles, and the coffee was just right. Beds we’re comfortable, and the room was a cool 70*. Bathroom was very clean and had a large vanity.

Comfort Amazing, Breakfast Needs Work

The beds, cleanliness, and the staff were all amazing. The comfort is definitely outstanding!!

We were disappointed with the complimentary breakfast. All of the juice options were out of order. A way to make up for that would've been to offer single juices for the guests to choose from. Not everyone drinks coffee.

The white Bath towels were a little dingy And the breakfast Was not a full on breakfast it was continental just cereal a waffle Maker And Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits No eggs And sausage on the side 🤔 and no coffee though out the day just during breakfast till 9am

Poor breakfast, A/C didn't work properly. Horrible air aromatizer in hallways, lobby. Kind staff.

The front desk man was very kind and patient. He deserves a raise.

The A/C in my room didn't work.It would turn itself off every 20-30 minutes and I had to turn it on again, all night long.

I arrived at 2:00am and had already paid for the night so when we get there they ask for a 50.00 deposit. Okay that’s fine so I try to give 50.00 cash then to be told that OH IF YOU ARE USING CASH ITS 100.00!!!! Like WTF??? It’s late we are tired and ready to go to bed so here’s the card then. WOW ARE YALL READY FOR THIS???? All of a sudden my room is cancelled!!! Remember by now it’s 3:00 am!!! So we leave to have to go find another place to stay…. So I would rate them as a ZERO🤬

Good value for the cleanliness and quality. Felt comfortable and safe.

It was easy to find and close to Schlitterbahn, dining, and necessary shopping. It felt like a safe location. Overall everything was very clean and looks updated. The staff was nice. I forgot an item in the room and they had it for me at the desk when I remembered it later. The room was plenty big for 3 people. Breakfast was mostly good with waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal, microwavable sausage egg and cheese biscuit, packaged Danish, juice and coffee. Price wise I thought it was slightly better than what was available in the area, and about what I've paid in the past for similar hotel rooms during peak time in other tourist areas.

The incense mist in the lobby and hallway is too strong. I began coughing immediately from it. I could hear every move from the people above me. They stomped and banged around loudly until after 11pm, then began again in the morning. I didn't complain because we wore earbuds for our devices most of the time, but I was on the verge of doing so. Be aware that we could also hear people's conversations from their rooms as we walked down the hallway. I did have to get clean towels and more soap at the front desk because we stayed 2 nights, but we did like that nobody came into our room while we stayed there because you have to request housekeeping for a multi night stay.

Clean, quiet, overpriced.

Location of highway was good. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast options were good; would have been nice to have boiled eggs or scrambled eggs.

WAY overpriced for the room/location/food/etc. Price point should be $50-$75 less for the type of hotel. Not likely I will stay here again for my next two trips to New Braunfels in the next few months.

upon check in, I was charged a $50 deposit twice. I reported this to the desk clerk but she refused to look into it. so

I was given a handicap room but I’m not handicapped. I did not like all of equipment in the bathtub. Also, the room was dark even with all of the lights on.
