The location is so great, if the cost was like 25% less, I'd consider staying again, MAYBE 😐

So the room was pretty clean. The bed was comfortable enough, The location is great but that where the like end. Free parking for one car.

The room was very small, dark and dated. By dated I mean it should have been update like 30 years ago. No microwave and my Playmate Cooler was bigger than the Fridge. The bath was tiny. I could literally stand in the middle of it and touch all 4 walls. Again very dated, if you don't mind rusty figures and old linen it might work for you. Oh, don't won't to forget about the parking. The spaces are so tight, like 12 inches on each side. You can barely get in and out (and we're both thin and drive a small car). Don't know how a big person with Truck/SUV would do it!

Great stay in the midst of Falmouth

Great location on the main street of Falmouth, close to shops and restaurants. Very helpful proprietor and staff, who gave us useful tips on shopping and eating locally, and getting to Martha's Vineyard.

The facilities are a bit dated and our bathroom floor was in need of minor repairs.

Good place to stay for Falmouth visit and proximity to Woods Hole Ferries.

Great location near shops and restaurants; stayed overnight for proximity to Martha's Vineyard Ferry. Place was clean and bed comfortable. Hosts were friendly and gracious.

Quaint, clean, location was great…short walk to everything I needed. Cute little town.

The location alone, walking distance to all stores, restaurants on Main Street Falmouth makes this hotel worth it. Add to that clean and comfortable rooms and a very helpful staff makes it a winner!

We'd do it again!

Very clean room and super comfy bed, friendly staff, very easy walk into the heart of town but far enough away to sleep soundly. Quick drive to Martha's Vineyard ferry.Quick drive to Wood's Hole. Surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. Perfect for us.

Shower pellets were a bit rough...but the room was immaculate. The bath tub didn't hold water long enough for a bath
