Would book again

Very good breakfast, location and price.

Handicap room had a high entry threshold making it difficult to enter and exit with walker. The king sized bed seemed more like a queen.

La señorita de front desk que está en el turno de la noche no es muy amable que digamos es eficiente pero le falta atención al cliente y también sonreír parece que su trabajo es monotono. Me hospedé 2 veces en este hotel en menos de una semana y la segunda vez en una suite donde el aire del cuarto hacía mucho ruido y el de afuera del cuarto no funcionaba.

Tenia mal olor empezando por el Lobby y luego en las habitaciones. A mis amigos les asignaron habitaciones cerca al botadero de basura y también tenian mal olor.

Poor Service from Hotel

The location was perfect infact I told my brother to stay in same hotel bec we are attending Graduation. The front desk when we checked in Jun 13, was not pleasant at all. She asked if we want housekeeping, I said yes, I even double chk before we left on fri,that we're going to get service but when we came back we ddnt have service.

There was cockroach in our room. The front desk clerk , I was told her name is Helen, was not very pleasant and welcoming, I myself is a front desk clerk so I know. my husband was at the desk Friday night getting fresh towel since our room was not cleaned, even I spoke to this clerk to make sure we have service, nways, the front desk was smelling like, Fried fish, the clerk was probably cooking fish behind the desk. I am.not Satisfied at all with the service we got, I want the hotel to give us compensation.

Hesitant in rebooking this hotel for our future travels.

The location of the hotel is great - close to Levi Stadium and various shopping centers.

This is our 4th stay at this hotel and unfortunately the room provided smelled really bad. There was a musty, mildewy smell throughout the room. The bathroom smelled like urine, the chairs in the room were stained - we are dissatisfied with the overall cleanliness of the room we stayed in.

carpet smells, *lights don’t work. *no one came to fix the lights after calling it in.* no tv guide in the room * bed- every turn , it makes noise * refrigerator doesn’t work

The staff are awesome and need a raise for working in this battle zone. It's affordable. Half the price of the others. It's the high end of the cheap motels on El Camino Real. But hey, it's got palm tree in the smoking alcove. The guests seem to get along well. I've stayed here probably 5 times. Yes I can here the neighbors, but theyre not yelling at each other...what's that Prince lyric, when the doves cry.

Ewwww. It's just, in the armpit of the San Jose area. Santa Clara gives off the impression of family atmosphere yet the main street through it, El Camino Real, is greasy. Lots of nooks and crannies for homeless spill over here. Just like the poor man staying behind the dumpster below my hotel window one night, probably not his fault, was in bad shape. Whipping himself with a stick and crying out to God. Pretty good thespian that guy wad. Didn't get to me too much and I'm glad I don't have kids to witness that weirdness.

Beds were decent, night desk attendant was very kind trying to help.

Fridge didn't work. Microwave didn't work. Hair dryer didn't work. Power outlets near sink did not work. This was for a full 5 day stay.

Not Quality Inn! Dirty, run down ,smoke smell, bad area. garbage outside of rooms.

the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful

Felt very unsafe as a solo female traveler I had to leave and stay somewhere else. SMOKE smell was so bad it made my eyes water. I couldn't stay more than 5 minutes in the room .Looks like a lot of the guests are long term, with several bags of garbage outside of the rooms and guests getting packages. Decor is old and outdated.,walls are thin. Don't be fooled by the pictures online.

Pleasantly surprised!!!

I had a long day and got there late. I approached the late check in window and immediately the gentleman with friendly smile said "It's cold out there, come inside." I was pleasantly surprised to have a speedy check in. Thank you

I don't have any negative comments to say.

It was old but mostly clean.

I booked a suite with 2 queen beds. I liked how the kitchen area was its own room, but also the second bed had its own room. It made staying with kids easier.

It was pretty old which was fine, you get what you pay for. But there were some areas like the shower and behind doors that were dirty and just not very clean. The bed sheets also had cigarette burns in them.

hotel was sketchy. people were loud and the hotel didn’t do nothing about it. check in time is super late especially for travelers. it’s super OUTDATED. my lock didn’t even work so i had to use the gold pull lock.
