Room smelled like mold. There was dark hair on the sink, bath tub and the bed sheets.

I was charged twice for my room and I have not received the refund as of yet also your pillows are too small you need to put full size pillows in the room

Breakfast was great, the pool was great, staff very nice. My only complaint was that when I booked the room it said 2 queen beds, however we got 2 full beds,which were not big enough

the smoking rooms are there for a reason and I get that but at least try and clean/ disinfect better

it is comfortable and located in a good area

I book a non smoking room and got a smoking room, could not change rooms due to being booked, the room that I got was so overwhelming with the smell of smoke, my bag, my extra shirt that I had hanging smelled unbearable from just hanging up. had to get clothes out of my vehicle run in the room and change real quick and get out.

clean but noisy ac unit couldn’t sleep

It was easy to get to and the room was very clean.

we ended up leaving about midnight because the air conditioner was so loud when it came on. you couldn’t even hear the tv when it was on. it did work but was soooo loud.

Very good

Breakfast offered a very good selection. Location was convenient to my destination and room was very comfortable.

TV did not function the morning of my departure. Error message said the signal was interrupted.

Very good

The location was very well within 5 minutes to most shopping stores and restaurants and fast food places, the breakfast that they serve was excellent , the front desk staff did a great job with getting you checked in without any hassle.

We stayed for 3 night and the whole time we stayed there the housekeeping personel never came by

Love the flooring, the large size of the room, all the room outdoors for my dog to walk. Very nice.

I felt sorry for the staff, they seemed extra tired and frustrated and it made me wonder if they were being overworked and not appreciated enough.

Great Place to Stay

Thi is one if the safes hotels in Huntsville, per Huntsville PD. Good lighting and the owners live on site. I have been staying her for years and enjoy the staff.

They removed blow dryers in rooms.

Disappointing

The breakfast was ok not great.

The room smelled bad, and the bed sheets had a bad odor. The toilet seat was completely loose. The A/C did not seem to cool the room comfortably.

definitely over priced for what you get. I would have rather spent $20 more dollars at a holiday inn bc they do t have c
