The A.C In Rooms Need To Be Fixed As Well As The Pool And Jaccuzzi. Price Was Decent For My Weekend Getaway From Home!

A.C In Room Doesn’t Get Very Cold. It Just Feels Like A Fan Blowing Even On The Highest Setting. Also There Were A Few Stragglers Roaming The Parking Lot Not As Many As My Last Stay.

I would not recommend this hotel.

I had a bed to sleep in.

The foyer smelled like pee, the front door was broken due to a break in. The shower did not work, so we had to move rooms. In the second room, the sink was clogged and the a/c didn't work consistently. The front desk clerk was rude and not accommodating at all, blaming everyone else for situations that arises. The hot tub had a film on the top, and the pool was not filled up. The location was very sketchy.

Okay and I'd stay here again but only for the value and cleanliness of the room

Room was okay but the breakfest was not all that good and the coffe was not always there. Had to wait for coffee to be made each morning and also the breakfeast to be filled.

Not a good experience at all.

It was clean for the most part.

Booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms we had to take the toilet lid off to flush the stool. Happened several times. The other room door key would stop working. Had to be re-initialized at least 6 times in a 2 day visit. Even the lady who cleaned the rooms key didn’t work. The faucet in the tube was broken. Hard to get it working. The tv kept fading in and out and the sound would stop working randomly. Not a good experience.

It wasn’t bad

Very convenient

The pillows were not very comfortable. I believe if you’re going to charge $50 for a cleaning fee as soon as you check in, then it needs to be added in the bio or send a message before booking.

Breakfast was okay but would not stay here again. Looks like there are nicer hit hotels nearby.

Very close to the Tulsa State Fair. Breakfast was hot and very typical. My daughter love the pancake maker.

Elevator was not working properly. On our way out, we had to carry all our luggage from the third-floor from to the first floor. There was no light on the elevator to indicate what floor you were on. The hot tub was over full and not very warm. Also, the air vents in the swimming pool, and hot tub area were very dirty. And the bathrooms near the pool were locked so my daughter could not use the restroom while we were at the pool. Also homeless lady was walking by all the vehicles every evening.

I was denied a room the staff was snobby horrible place customer service hasnt refund my money I would not recommend staying here unless you want the company to rob you

Bed was big , comfortable. Pillow soft. Good hot water & pressure.

Not sure if bed linens were dirty or stained, but looked dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty. Covid is pretty much over, bring back Continental breakfast. I am not about to use in room coffee maker when I'm presented with a not so clean room.

highway and store’s easy access! staff and amenities was amazing

it was close to the highway, stores and gas stations was close by. I felt a home here everything was clean and staff was amazing and understanding. definitely a place I see going back to!

Good enough if you are not picky and just staying 1-2 nights

Room was quite large, check in/out was super fast and easy, beds were ok, and the breakfast was actually quite good with a great variety of options and nice food. Price was much better than other options I found.

Hotel overall looks pretty old and not very well-maintained. The shower head was spreading water all over the place, and I took a cold shower. My partner later could take a relatively warm shower after waiting a very long time for the water to heat up. Room was supposedly non-smoking, but there was smoke smell there anyways (not too bad, but not good either).

It was fine for one night, but wouldn't recommend for a full week stay.

It was easy access to the highway and turnpike. Centrally located to several activities and restaurants.

The floor and room smelled musty, the numbers were written with a sharpie on the wall of entrance/exit point of elevator, the staff wasn't very friendly.
