my problem was not the Hotel but it was bookings.com they have a lot of incompetent workers

I never got the opportunity to say at the property because bookings. com never booked my room for the two nights but still charged my credit card and was only reimbursed half of what I spent in booking the room. I called and left messages and was told they would get back with me but no one never did Bookings. com are a bunch of thieves I need my money

The place gave me depression :(

Absolutely nothing

Lots of cockroaches and the hotel smells horrible. I don't know what was stronger, the smell of marijuana or the dirty smell. A very horrible experience if you have at least 50$ more stay in the hotel next door that is a Marriot and has good service, cleanliness and presence. And they really do have smoke free rooms.

Dirty location was a little farther than what I expected the room had a terrible smell to it that wouldn't go away just need a whole new upkeep of the hotel very poor lighting in the room

The rate per night was more than expected. The Courtyard across the way was more affordable than Extended Stay.

horrible

the person upstairs was “exercising” (I have recording) from 8pm to 10pm and at that time I told the front desk who said they’d walk around upstairs to hear sounds. nothing changed. the noise slowly stopped by 11pm. And at 12:30 am, more “exercises.
