The check in process was great with very friendly staff. The room was clean and stocked well. The club house had many amenities and we really enjoyed the hot tub.
The check in time is very late.

Very clean, well appointed. Had all the kitchen equipment we needed. The whole family used the health and spa facilities and loved it.

We had a very nice newly renovated 2 bedrooms apartment on the ground floor which we really appreciated.
We enjoyed jacuzzi and swimming pool a lot. The free bass to West Vail village was very helpful too.

Staff are so helpful and keen to ensure you have a good stay. Great swimming pool, hot tubs etc.
First apartment didn’t have a dining table and when we asked, we got moved - great customer service.

We loved how quiet the location was and how it was so easy to jump on the bus to get to Vail Village

Tennis and pool facilities. Being on the 3rd floor with the vaulted ceiling, provided great natural light into kitchen.
No operable windows or screen door in the front, made it very hot in the living room/kitchen.

it was by a river
we got done with our venue late and when we returned our key didn’t work and we had to wait about an hour to get back in the room, and they didn’t let us do a late check out!

Beautiful location a short drive away from Vail and Lionshead villages. Came for the Nike Tennis Camp held at the property.
There are no housekeeping services and only one restaurant on the property.

The location was peaceful with beauty out the window and trails nearby. The owners de orated the unit comfortably and tastefully.
The staff during checkout was very helpful.
The staff during check in gave us several bits of inaccurate information. My daughter went to the desk 3 times to find out about/ pay for some detergent. We had 2 nights stay and were only provided one coffee packet with multiple coffee filters.

The rooms were perfect and had everything we needed for a ski trip. The health center was a nice bonus

Very comfortable bed, fireplace and kitchen were nice to have for a two night stay.
I wish there had been some salt and pepper (packets if that is the only way to provide them) and an extra pack of coffee.

hot tubs were far from our condo

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.
There wasn't anything not to like.

I enjoyed all the amenities: pool, hot tube, free parking, lobby with fireplace, little restaurant and how easy this was to check in and check out. The apartment was complete, nice, and clean.
The Vail free shuttle is also handy, it can get crowded sometimes, but it is manageable since Raquet Club is one of the first/last stop meaning you will always be seated.
I would return to this place in the future, it was a really good experience.
In the beginning of my experience with these folks it was not positive since they poorly advertised the conditions of payment.
The living room had a strange smell, which leads me to believe it was related to kitchen grease, although this was a minimal detail that did not stop us from having fun and a nice place to stay.

I like the location of the resort and their pool is gorgeous as well as the hot tub.

Friendliness of staff! Location was close to the bud shuttle!
Condo was very dated and cheaply maintained. Could hear walking around above us! Back slider door leaked cold air and frosted completely up with ice. 1 packet of coffee for entire stay and no bistro or coffee house options on site.

I liked the spa and outdoor jacuzzi and pool. The apartment we had was nice but they only gave one towel per person and 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people. One coffee filter.
I checked in early Friday and had reserved through booking.com. The receptionist said she couldn't locate my reservation, so her manager made us a new one and upgraded us to a loft. After getting settled we realized the living room and kitchen electric baseboards we not working. We reported to maintenance, and they brought us space heaters but could not fix until after we were leaving. That evening I received a text asking when I was going to check into my room. I called the front desk and said I was already checked. They did in fact have my original reservation, but my name was entered backwards so they couldn't locate it ion the computer. The woman then told me I had to call booking.com to cancel and get a refund for the second reservation because now I was being charged for two rooms. I refused and told them to have the manager call me and that they made the mistake they should credit my card back. The next day the manager took care of it but did nothing for all the stress and aggravation they caused me and for the room having no heat. The manager explained he could not do anything for us because the room was booked through booking.com. They could have provided us a free credit to the restaurant or something. They did nothing. The place is nice, but I would not recommend after all the issues we had.
