convenient location, room was very clean and modern, suite was very large

no power in part of room, no utensils for kitchenette, was moved twice and hotel staff wanted us to move a third time, breakfast was empty by 8 am

Very sketchy people hanging out and living in the hotel. Room keys NEVER worked. The so called breakfast was granola bars and muffins. Toilet was clogged. 🤮 The shower was old and peeling. Save your money and go somewhere else

the room was not as clean as expected and the noise from the doors slamming and the dogs barking was very loud I did not get the military discount until i extended the stay so I got the $50 discount for one night not 3 I was disappointed in the stay people hanging out outside the hotel and I didn't feel it was worth $200 a night we went to the Marriott and got a better cleaner room for $150

Bed was uncomfortable and it had bed bugs tube was small and TV had poor color about to go out.

Hot water in the shower. A/C worked

Cigarette buts in front of lobby entrance. Overbooked and our friends did not get the room they reserved. Breakfast was poor - coffee, cocoa, and a packet of oatmeal? They could’ve offered a grab and go bag that included a banana, muffin/bagel, and juice. Room and hotel smelled of smoke. They tried covering up the smell with room deodorizer but that mixture just gave me a migraine. Toilet in room had a significant leak. Room walls are paper thin - could clearly hear people taking in the hallway, baby crying in a room, and someone’s cell phone alarm going off. Mattresses are worn and need replacing.

The room wasn't cleaned properly sticky stuff on the floor and counters no plates pots or utensils bathroom was disgusting I wouldn't bathe there I went to a friend's to bathe

The staff was pleasant. The man at the front desk was very nice, seemed to be doing laundry which is located right behind the front desk, but he shut the machine after he realized I could not hear him or him me.

The room is exceptionally dated. Very worn out. There is no coffee maker, dishes, glasses or pans to use in the mini kitchen. If you want them, you must go to the front desk, almost like a jail. The odor of frying fish, weed and BO is a bit overwhelming. To top it off, I got stuck in the elevator. Was going to stay 7 days, left that night. I think the hotel has many welfare residents, lots of people outside smoking in the middle of the day.

Everything

Everything was exceptionally clean and neat. The people were accommodating. The price was reasonable for all you got. It’s easy to get to from train stations. The facilities were all neat and clean,the vending room with washers and dryer’s.

It had the Refrigerator & microwave & burners Love it Thank You 😊
