Bad situation at the property

The staff were friendly and very helpful

They force me to take a single bed room because they have no double rooms available, i needed this room because I was tired but I wasn't happy about the situation. I should get a refund for my stay because I booked double room but they gave me single room

it gave a home like feel being that we could cook and staff was nice

the first room was cold as hell with a lot of dust

the manager the Asian lady will make sure to surprise you, asked for an late check out, she made sure I knew that by calling the room, if I ask for an late check out mean need some more sleep, couldn’t get any.

DON'T STAY HERE! Warning Dirty!!!!!!!Dirty!!!!!!!!!!Dirty!!!!!m

NOTHING -the staff was rude. they tried to charge me twice for the same room, they became angry when I told them I paid in advance. they gave me a non smoking room that was filled with cigarette smoke. the toilet was dirty and there was trash behind the dressers. there was also blood stains on the beds, room was dirty, Don't stay here

Disappointing

Did not provide laundry items, Hairs stuck to bathroom vanity, No paper towels at kitchen area, and room had bugs in it. Over priced for no continental breakfast. Limited Truck parking.

Adequate.

Location. Acceptance of pet. Room large enough

Bathroom was clean but could use updating. Should not advertise any sort of breakfast. Coffee, tea available but creamer was artificial. Need half/half individual use containers. Nature Valley peanut bar is not sufficient. Extended Stay connotes some sort of dishware, though I acknowledge it probably could have been requested

Floor level was good (308) Windows open - so that's a plus (natural cold air) Shower water was good (all level of temperature at a fast pace) Size was good for me Bed mattress was comfortable Wifi worked well

- Elevator did not work at all after I used it once. - I was charged $35.00 or $30.00 extra for checking in early. Total price turned out to be $185.33. - Channels were ok.

Trip to airport person was very pleasant and fun to ride with

Breakfast was just some packages of rolls and not really set up. Understand vivid concerns but a lot more presentation and care would have been better.
