Served its purpose, everything worked, quiet.

Quiet site and room.

Room is dated and in need of a major remodeling. Shower head hit me in the lower chest. Holes and open joints in drywall. Weird lighting in bathroom. Plasticy bed. And very expensive.

R & R Trip

The location was nearby and convenient to get to. We didn't have time to eat breakfast, but enjoy the complimentary coffee in our room

The end met all our expectations. Very happy with it and have been frequent customers

Staff great-room good Pool area not serviceable...Food was good

Ocean View room was great..The lounge staff was awesome--The food was awesome

Pool spa was disgusting---not kept up was a biological hazard .. I know as I had a CPO Certified Pool Operator License . Also the Pool water was clean but the facilities were not clean

Okay Location.

It was conveniently located close to the mall and restaurants.

The pool and hot tub were both closed (wasn't advertised online), I asked for accommodations for my honeymoon stay and I received a message back saying yes and upon our arrival there were no accommodations, the microwave did not work correctly and our tub didn't want to drain when we showered.

The price is decent

The people running the office were very nice and friendly. The room was very big and clean.

The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a rock.

Good starting point for visiting the area

Room was clean. Toilet broke two times but repaired by a very kind man

Staff at reception was not polite. We didn't feel welcome

Friendly staff and nice outside seating area at this older but clean hotel.

Large room. Coffee available in the lobby.

Bed had plastic on the mattress which made noise when you moved.

two nights room wasn't cleaned after the first night, no biggie but expected the bed to be made

NO charger to hookup my cell phone to. I'll remember to bring my own next time. Just a usb port on an outlet would do!

Ok for one night in a budget hotel.

Bed was comfortable and it was clean. Loved the fountain area.

We were in a unit in a dark dead-end hall with window facing a wall. The unit needed a little TLC.

Courtyard rom was and comfortable and quiet. Loved the grassy courtyard to sit and enjoy.

Courtyard rom was clan and comfortable and quiet. Appreciated Hosy moving us from freeway side room to courtyard quieter room.

No pool or hot tub.

Our stay was great other than a few minor issues. The Chinese/Japanese restaurant in the parking lot is amazing!

I love the location.

The bed felt like you were sleeping on a board and the shower had someone else’s hair on the wall.

Ease of access was a primary determining factor of why I chose this location

Pillows. I feel like if you’re going to have a great room it Hass to have four pillows and not the small pillows regular sized pillows!

Location - close to where we needed to be. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Worn down facility, loud sounds from the equipment in the room such as microwave and refrigerator. Room was very cold when we enter, Heater is old and didn’t keep room warm.

The staff was nice. The room was comfortable, but they do not offer any thing, except a free newspaper.

Close to food and stores.

parking you could not keep an eye on your vehicle. They are also cheap. They do not offer any fruit any food at all except a granola bar and coffee.

Check in went well, and staff are helpful. Beautiful location. Rooms are nice and clean and comfy.

It was winter one of the coldest days but the room heat hadn't been turned on. I was having a medical procedure and needed to shower with special prep, but far too cold. Asked to be moved, and reception said to wait a bit. It never did get above 60 degrees, so they moved us to another room, which was a tad better for heat. But took all night before really comfy. When I went to the hospital, nurse asked where we'd stayed. I gave report and she said that they'd had several other similar complaints about the motel. It's a shame because in every other way, it's lovely.

They were very accommodating. We had a long drive to a wedding at 2 p.m. and they made our room available early so we could freshen up and change into our good clothes.

The staff is lovely.

The room wasn’t clean and the staff is overloaded. Just one person each turn. the towels was smelling bed like if anyone wash for a while.
