the room seemed to be cleaned well and maintained. the facility was a good find considering i booked the trip a bit too late and most other places had no vacancy. the place is easy to find and had enough parking.

the room air conditioner thermostat was a bit too cold and not easy to adjust a few degrees up. the room air conditioner did work well to cool the room off. i did not notify the staff about the problem

This reservation was for our Son, Michael Vanderlyke, Jr. BEDBUGS seen the first night. They switched his room, he checked out the next day. Had booked for two nights. I called you directly to get a refund, no refund seen yet. It was June 19-21 I believe, please respond

Rooms were run down and no coffee available

The room was very clean and the trash was retrieved daily, the walkways were well maintained. When you could actually find the staff they were friendly and polite. It was good to have a mini fridge and microwave for food.

The stone walls were very depressing, at times it felt more like a jail cell than a hotel room. Not to mention the room would get very cold. Tried turning off the air conditioner unit but it would automatically turn back on in the middle of the night. Woke up one morning with the room being less than 50° inside. The front office was kept locked more often than not making it almost impossible to get anyone's help with something if it was needed.

It’s a cheap motel charging high end prices. It’s everything you’d expect from a cheap motel, but paying double for it. It’s a last resort place to stay
