Great place and would stay again

Clean, good location, easy to get in and out.

Ice maker not working on 3rd floor Drain in sink and tub a little slow like possibility plugged with hair

That I walked down in my PJs half in the bag to microwave popcorn because no microwave in the room, also the ice machines did not work on the level I was on, or the level below.

Large room, comfortable bed, area was visibly clean, and nice shower with full sized toiletries. Breakfast tea and coffee were available upon checkout. Car lot wasn’t full and close by. The large tv had great modern options. There seemed to be a shuttle for the event we were in town for.

Ceiling and mirror were visibly damaged. The doorsweep was not to the ground so I thought about pests coming in and could hear people in the doorway. I think the door lock could have been thicker and more secure. We had to pay for water bottles in the room. The toilets flushed really slowly so I had to do flush multiple times waking up sleeping neighbor.

It was disappointing.

There was one lady at the desk at like 430pm who checked me in. She was a delight, very very sweet. My favorite part was checking out.

The rooms were dirty. Everything in the bathroom was broken, the toilet didn’t even flush if you didn’t hold down the lever. The electric was sketchy. The staff was rude. All of the accommodations I expected to have and paid extra for were nonexistent. I was supposed to have a balcony and breakfast included. The property didn’t even have balconies.They didn’t even have a microwave or a CLOCK in the room. Will never book a Hilton or through booking.com again

The perfect comforting and comfortable stay in the middle of a long trek!

The night staff was welcoming and helpful when we arrived around 1am to check in after a difficult long drive. We had called ahead to announce our delayed arrival and the staff member taking our call was also very gracious. To my exhausted daughter, the warm welcome cookie felt like heaven. I was impressed with the luxurious clean beds - full of fluffy pillows and super comfortable. I had the best 5 hours of sleep in a long time - as we had to leave early to continue our trip.

The parking lot felt a bit unsafe on our arrival at 1am. Maybe increase the lighting throughout?

Central location, clean.

A bit pricey for what you get. Beds were too soft. Leaky faucet in the shower - dribbled loudly at night. Food at hotel’s restaurant lacks variety and quality of some dishes is subpar.

Came in a large group and every single person/family had an issue 1. Tubs would not drain 2. Toilets wouldn’t flush 3. Rooms were filthy 4. Coffee makers wouldn’t work 5. It was only one night on my way to Canada. It was last minute to book, i made a mistake during my booking and the lady in the morning shift helped me and fix it. Thanks to her , unfortunately i don't know her name. Also the lady in the breakfast was so helpful

the layout was simple and it was easy to find things in the building. it was conventionally located with respect to the restaurant district

the building was undergoing construction which always takes something away from an experience
