Lovely location, with thoughtful amenities. Cosy ambiance. I would return.

Nice location with gorgeous views of Calabasas.

I liked the property. I didn’t enjoy hearing the neighbors conversations throughout the evening and smelling their smoke. But it definitely could’ve been a lot worse.

Great location and comfy beds

Went for the suite, great layout and plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was adequately equipped to ensure breakfast and snacks could be consumed. Plenty of

Overall great value for money, well facilitated and helpfull staff.

Friendly and helpfull staff, the room was much larger than expected. Beds were very comfortable also suprised to see the use of a robot within the hotel for room service. Parking was safe and secure.

The room we was given backed onto a freeway but wasn't such a problem,

It was very clean, good affordable rates, location was good only 30 mins from the ocean & Los Angeles.

In a few rooms down from us someone had a dog with them that wouldn't quit barking which I know isn't the hotel's issue but it was very annoying.

Motel not a Hotel

Not much but it was at least modern and updated on the inside.

$15 parking $5 coffee no service for the amenities or lounge Nothing says come stay here again.

Location, large cheerful room, quiet but close to fwy and commons and other stores (coffee bean, trader joe). Staff was pleasant.

Breakfast options are appallingly poor. Parking lot is surprisingly unlit.

rooms are dark. you have to turn on every lamp one by one. shower - wets the whole bathroom. shower head makes it hard to properly clean private parts (female) ac didn’t work. humid.

Fine, but not great

The bed was pretty comfortable, although I would have preferred a flatter pillow option. The room was spacious. This hotel was the closest to our morning destination, which was the main reason to stay there. The Commons (across the street) had several dining and grocery options, and there is a nice Farmers Market on Saturday morning within walking distance.

The staff wasn't bad but they weren't good and during checkout , 2 staff members carried on a full conversation with themselves, at the desk, without acknowledging us. It was weird. The noise in adjoining rooms is bad. We could hear neighbors very clearly, and I really don't think they were being overly loud. The gym is a silly excuse for a gym and was very warm. Finally, this is not a location where I would expect to have to pay for parking - it felt like a money grab where we were already paying a premium for the quality level.

not much. charging for parking was bs. a simple repeated request for a tissue box was ignored and unfulfilled. room was nice and location conveniently located near commons
