I think that charging $50 for requesting late check-out is a bit much. Just say, “yes, or “I’m sorry we’re fully booked”

Nothing to write home about.

Cleaniness of room.

The room was not worth what we paid. They also took a security deposit for "incidentals" (phone, I guess, since there is no food on the premises), without informing us in advance.

Very good location. I rented an apartment with 2 queen size beds ( in 2 different rooms) although it did not have living

The 2 beds in different rooms and free parking

I think the decoration is a bit dated. Without spending lots of money, the apartment could look much better by just changing the colour of walls and the fitted carpet

The room was fairly small but very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great—easy walking distance to retaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Visit SLO, and stay here. It's close to everything and great for a good night's sleep.

Arrived late but check-in was smooth, and the fellow at reception even gave us a map and recommended places to go. It's a perfect stop for a short visit to this lovely place.

Nothing, really. Ground floor room helped, and was not noisy at all.

It was adequate.

It was adequate for our needs.

Walls too thin. Very noisy neighbors late into the night. However, the night manager was responsive, and threatened to evict them, if they did not stop the noise.

Basic motel with well-equipped room. Easy walk into very pleasant town.

Noisy motorcycle and talking outside our room. No breakfast provided.

Enjoyed the corner room on the 2nd floor. Thank you.

Your location is awesome, close to the center of town, but not so close to hear the noise. We also liked that you were close to the highway. We loved that there was a sitting chair, it was comfortable.

I thought I booked a king room, we had room 139, but the bed was a queen. I would not have booked a queen room as my husband is 6 feet tall and need the length of a king/california king bed.
