Terrible, nightmare

The worst place on earth. They tried to charge me extra 50 dollars as “deposit” and it’s nowhere on their policies. Called Booking.com and they provided support. Very rude staff

Tub had a hole in it and the shower sprayed water all over the floor. Almost tripped and fell out of the tub at 4 1/2 months pregnant. switched to a new room where the tub still leaked and spiders would come up from the drain. mold growing on the shower curtain and water pressure awful

I booked at the last moment but they arranged the accommodation. Oven was not working but after one day they replaced it . overall a ok experience.

It's disgrace to have the Ramada brand so poorly represented.

The place was filthy. The carpet in the room and throughout the hallway awful. Probably not cleaned in years. The furniture in the room was scratched left a beaver was chewing on it. I've never experienced anything like it.

Everything was okay except for the hospitality the employees was suppose to show.

I had an easy check in. The room location was nice. There was cameras so I felt secure.

I didn’t like how rude the front fest representative was and how she kept harassing me and my boyfriend every hour coming to know on our door.

disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition. It feels like a haunted hotel.

Poor condition, popcorn ceiling falling apart, the property smells like smoke (I got a non-smoking room), the carpet doesn’t see a vacuum for decades. I’ve stayed in places much simples than this, but I’d expect at least proper maintenance and cleanliness. I will never return.
