Exceptional

The room was very clean and didn't have weird smells. The breakfast was also good. The technology to stream from your phone and check out virtually was also convenient.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The only thing I would say is themat we only stayed for one night, which cost us over $200.

the room had a bad smell to it and the pool and hot tub area was very dirty . I use to take my kids there to swim but now it's not the same .

very clean and comfortable.

there were locks on the window which prevented the shade from being able to come down. front desk lady told me to “pry it free” seems strange to lock something like that.

Not something I can do.

Holiday Inn could not find my reservation, but she had a room that was a lot pricier. Even though I had a printed copy of my reservation from booking.com, she refused to even look at it, and she insisted that I get a much pricier room. So, I refused. I got a very nice room down the street at their competitor's nice hotel! The customer service of the gal at the Holiday Inn was terrible! I had arrived at this establishment late in the afternoon.

Great hotel, will stay there again.

Breakfast was good, better than I’ve had at other hotels. Great location, went to play golf at Blackwolf Run; very short 10 minute drive right off the interstate and next to a Walmart. Room was very quiet; very well sound proofed.

The room was a little small. we thought it was supposed to have a sofa. it did have a chaise, but not something you could sleep on.

It was a clean place to stay. They had a full breakfast. It was in an ideal location after a late night Packers game.

Holiday Inn Express tends to be a consistently good property, thus I use them often.

The typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast, which is as expected. Location was readily visible and easy to access.

It was near the end of the breakfast time, but the coffee and hot water dispensers were empty. Staff replenished them quickly.
