Great location, and I loved that it was dog friendly. I also never felt unsafe, which was important traveling alone.
Extra pet fee was not disclosed that I saw- I ended up paying another $10 a night in cash for this. The dog park area was also really dead and brown- my dog did not enjoy walking on it! Updates to the property were really just cosmetic and seemed incomplete. Stains on the bedding were off putting and I had to kill a spider in the room during my stay.

We loved it here. It was so down to earth and we felt like friends instead of customers. It was cute and clean and I loved the toiletries!!! They smelled amazing...

The room was nice and clean but small. It was well decorated. The dog yard was great. Parking was close. The tile floor was tasteful and great for the dog. The park was centrally located to Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, Kodachrome State Park, and Grand Staircase Escalante. The Wifi was good. The staff was really nice. It was a cute, classic, plaster walled motel.
The room air freshener and the scented laundry detergent on the linen made my lungs seize, and my face swell up. I ended up having to use my own blanket and pillow. I had to leave the window open for two days to air out the room to make it bearable. The room was cute. There is not a table suitable for dining or a desk. This made eating breakfast and logging in to work email difficult. This is not a good place to stay if you have allergies and asthma.

Hotel was above average, staff professional, although older hotel it was clean and well maintained, one of very few hotels in area that was pet friendly.

We liked the bedrooms overall, which were very clean and comfy. The size was good for our family of 6. The lady who welcomed us was very nice.
We had to fix the fush twice, but nothing complicated.

Air conditioner didn’t cool the room.

great location. friendly staff, clean room, dog friendly with a nice dog area. overall the property is dated (like pretty much everything in town) but rooms are comfortable & clean with microwave & mini frig… perfect place & price after a day of hiking & exploring. 10min from Red Canyon visitor center (amazing place to see!) and maybe 25min from Bryce Canyon entrance.
I don’t recommend bbq grill across the street.
it’s great.

Clean, updated room but maintained the mom/pop feel of a small town motel

Dog friendly, clean

Small, vintage hotels with owners who are vested in their business are the best. The room was very clean. My dog enjoyed the play yard. The owner was friendly and on site to make sure everything was okay.
Not enough room in the bathroom for toiletries.

Loved the room and the town. The owner upgraded us free of charge to a better room and was lovely. The room was comfy with a nice design. Thanks for having us!
Everything was great!

Close to Bryce Canyon. Better value than staying at the resort. Great Motor Lodge Nostalgia.
mildew in the bathroom, bathroom faucet Leaks everywhere.

they were going to put us in a room right on a busy street.. I asked to moved to another room which was quieter towards the back and they charged us more $ which I though was unnecessary since they weren’t busy

Great location, close to Bryce Canyon. Good dining options in the area. We ate at Big Fish, which was really good and the service was great as well. We also stopped at Wanderlust coffee on our way to Bryce and loved the beverage options. Overall size of the room was good. We stayed in #9 and liked having one bed in a separate room.

Great Mom and Pop place to stay.

We loved that there was no carpet as we were traveling with our dog. It was nice to have a fenced in yard for our dog to roam around in. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. Laurie was very nice and super friendly. Thank you Laurie we were sorry we didn’t see you before we left this morning.
Everything was as expected so we didn’t have any negatives.
