It was a good location and I have no major complaints. The bed was very comfortable!

Breakfast had lot of options, and the food was very good. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating and I could see that they work hard.

I did see a live bug in my wrapped cardboard coffee cup and a couple in the sink during my stay, but they were not roaches and Oklahoma seems to be a state with a lot of insects which can come in on your clothes. I brought my bathing suit, but after seeing the indoor pool with about 6 big crickets in it and what seemed like some kind of film on the water, I changed my mind. The downstairs back patio where smoking was allowed would look a lot nicer with some planters added or a sculpture or something to look at. There was no greenery out there at all and you are just looking at a parking lot.

Breakfast was awesome! Great food and hot! Juice machine worked well and drinks were good and cold

The wrestlers that were staying there. They were up late and loud.

Enjoyed stay, but you need to make sure things work.

I really loved your bathroom and the shower. Breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and the the we stayed in was very unique. I was surprised soda wAs In the private room and not the main room. My son that got the smaller bed loved having a private room with sofa. Usually the king bed is the private room. Loved the location close by college and Mexico joes

The refrigerator didn’t work. They said they would call maintenance. Put our food in refrigerator, but no one came to fix it and they couldn’t find our food the next day. The did find ice packs we had them put in freezer. Iron didn’t work. They brought us new iron. I’ve maker on 2nd and 3rd floor didn’t work. 1st time they brought us bag of ice when they brought iron. Second time we went to front desk to get iron. I would consider staying again, but they need to fix things. For $170 a night you want things to work.

Good room, will stay again.

The location is amazing, close to OSU, shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and larger then other rooms we have stayed in. Staff was very helpful and friendly, lots of options for breakfast. The pool and hottub were nice and clean.

The coffee pot didnt work in room, the ice machine didnt work on our floor, the soda machine was empty on our floor. The bathroom floor had some issues, it had black stuff that would get on your feet. It didnt look dirty but your socks had black on them from walking in the bathroom. Overall happy with our stay and will stay again, just minor inconveniences.

Very nice place to stay.

Breakfast was great! Everything was clean and the employees were all very kind. Very happy we stayed there. This was our second time staying there and we will be back in the fall to drop our kid off at school.

All in all our stay was fine for the amount of time we were actually in the hotel

Location was perfect, could walk to restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was decent.

Room wasn’t ready upon arrival, and staff wasn’t the nicest at the front desk. We drove in 18 hours to be there and had to wait extra time to check in because our room wasn’t ready when they said it would. Lady at the front desk was clearly annoyed when we asked for more towels.

Great place to stay!!

I loved the lounge bar area. The bartender was so sweet and nice. I think his name was Ethan. Breakfast was so good!!

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient to Oklahoma State University.

The was a birthday party taking place in the breakfast area that had many people attending and made it difficult to access the elevator.

Pleasant

Hotel seemed to be clean. The pool and workout room were decent. The breakfast was interesting. They had plenty of pastries, but the hot food was not good. They do have a waffle maker though, which is what we ate. I would give this hotel 5/10, but for the money, it was decent.

Hotel was decent for the price. Our room was freshly cleaned, but it smelled like bleach fumes the whole stay. I ended up getting sick from it. Multiple times I went to the front desk and the person working looked unpresentable and smelled like cigarettes, and was carrying a dog with no collar or service animal vest/collar. I'm assuming it was a personal pet, which is unprofessional. There was a bar on the 4th floor where they were serving what looked to be minors. The bed was hard as a rock and probably 3-4 feet off the ground, which may be unreachable for someone with any kind of impairment. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Even with the two negatives, this is still a very nice hotel. rooms are huge and the beds are super comfortable.

one of the front desk staff smelled strongly of pot…. it was almost overwhelming. bathroom wasn’t cleaned…: toilet had poo streaks in it…yuck

All things considered, we’ve stayed there before and will do so again.

Location, comfort, cleanliness,and breakfast were all great.

It took a really long time for the water to get warm / hot. Seems to be a waste.
