Wish could get what we paid for

Bought a king bed with sofa bed. They gave us a kingish bed with not sofa

Too soft bed and pillows flat. A/c super loud and blow right on you in the bed

Didn't have breakfast but staff was friendly.

Hot water was in and out. Several places they had patched hole and never textured or painted. Just putty on the wall.

The staff was great and the room was very clean. Loved the ideal of free food and drinks in the lounge on what they called the social Monday through Wednesday.

Excellent stay

Excellent staff, clean hotel, soft beds, hot water, lots of towels. Overall a 10/10.

The elevator is old and slow, the light in the elevator is loud.

Pleasant

I liked the view of the pool, it was comfortable, the room was big enough for my family. Breakfast was hot and good and the staff was very friendly.

Almost everything wasn't working the laundry facility wasn't working and the jacuzzi/hot tub was not hot.

Breakfast and Social time were very good as were the staff who were on duty at these. The location was excellent for our needs. Staff on the whole were helpful.

Maid service was poor. Only once and only after requesting it for clean towels in two weeks. Some rooms were very poor. We had to leave and find alternative accommodation on the first two nights. They allocated us the worst room in the hotel for a two weeks stay. Interconnecting room that was extremely noisy, next to public restrooms, gym and with large air con units outside our window. No refund due to booking through yourselves. Eventually given a quiet room after having to pay additional 300 dollars for neighbouring hotel.

They claimed that because I booked through booking.com, I could not receive a printed receipt!

Breakfast was the best thing about the place.

I reserved a single King w/ Foldout , but was booked into a single Queen w/ Foldout. But it was steps off the lobby and the entrance to the property, and there was a good bit of commotion, loud talking and general socialization taking place just steps from my ground floor window.

The company would never get back to me. I asked to move reservation many times and no response! Then got charged anyway!

Really liked the hotel.

The breakfast was great, the staff was very friendly... the entire stay was what we hoped for. We will go back again.

Good

The breakfast was nice, the dinner options was icing on the cake. I liked the pet friendly atmosphere but it was clean. The maid staff were super friendly, kind and honest.

I didn't like that some doors keycard locks were broken so they were unusable. The hot tub was broken for several weeks. The key cards in general had to be rekeyed fairly often. The trash cans for extended stay were far too small.
