Am overall happy with my multiple stays

Staff is great and accomodating, they try their best to make u comfortable, it's a great, abd safe location.

Hallway carpets need a shampoo, room recliners need detailed cleaning

A cleaner place to rest.

It is in a good area, it sits back off the highway and high traffic area so it’s nice and quiet in the evening and not alit of riff raff! It could be A LOT better if the right employees were running it and working there. Which would probably require their pay to be better!! Otherwise it won’t be long before it’s run into the ground! I feel with a little investmenting, time and a little money and the right people and that hotel could really bring in a lot more business!

It’s dark and plain which makes it feel cheap, which makes it feel unappreciated. It’s not clean. The cleaning crew takes tooooo many shortcuts!!

Never get a room there.

Close to the event I was attending.

The room was dirty , there was candy wrappers leftover from previous visitors. For being a Marriott -Sheraton was definitely not worth the price and no toothpaste.

I had a good stay and great morning start

Breakfast and kitchen service and staff was exceptional

There was a broken chair in my room and the front desk staff couldn't get housekeeping staff to provide one for a while and also if there's 2 guests staying in the room there should be 2 working chairs also

A nice getaway with the family.

The breakfast was great and the location was awesome. Plenty of parking and in a good area of town.

The pool wasn't open both days. We had to get towels the next day because they didn't clean our room. Also Our netflix wasn't working on the TV, so we told the clerk but nothing got fixed.

By appearance and price, we expected a nicer hotel stay.

The staff were friendly and the exterior/interior were beautiful.

1. Stain on bedding (didn’t see until following movie) 2. Dinner at restaurant was overpriced and not tasty 3. The ac was so noisy and kept waking us up through the night 4. There were 3 different dogs barking at intervals 5. I’m allergic to marijuana and could smell someone smoking it through the walls. Instant migraine and nausea… 6. The pool was too cold to swim in

I would 100% stay here again; everything was great.

Breakfast was delicious. The staffing were great as well. The location was perfect because it's down the street from multiple restaurants. There also aren't any other companies close by the hotel.

There is only one thing that bothered me. There was no trash bags in our trash cans. I didn't want to put the trash in the trash bin so loosely. So, we used the bag that was stored in the closet as a trash bag.

Had high expectations unfortunately very disappointed

Staff were pretty nice hotel was clean and pretty in front location

They had a swingers party and we were not warned and no security or curtains or blocks and my 14 yr old niece caught a visual she shouldn't have and thankfully she wasn't with me when I caught ppl having sex with door open. .I was very disappointed and we couldn't use ppl cause of this event for 2 days and we were NOT warned and then the way they do brwakfast...I prepaid and they basically said my other person wasn't allowed to eat even though they didn't even find info to give me ticket she said I could only have 1 ticket which is for 2 ppl no matter how many I booed at the time of paying for it. And out room toilet didn't flush ptoperly
