The stay was great , front office super nice , the property itself was nice quite very jaws town feels we loved it !

It had allot of things you needed close by

Comfortable stay. Convenint area to the places we wanted to visit.

Layout of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was great. large living area, kitchen and dining area. patio off slider. People in office were very friendly and helpful.

Older place could be updated a bit.

They don't offer breakfast. Excellent restaurant for breakfast right across the street. There's a super market right next door, which is super awesome. Two story apartment. With full kitchen, bigger and nicer than NYC kitchens! Definitely our go- to in the Cape!

Only thing I can imagine negative what's so ever is I wish it was right on the beach.

Great location, close to beach and not far from downtown, but rooms could be cleaner.

Breakfast is not included.

Place (at least our room) had a very musty smell to it that we could not get rid of.

Great value. Clean, comfortable, & easy access to mid-Cape activities, though not a beautiful place.

Liked the spatiousness. I booked the 2-bedroom suite for myself, my daughter, and her 3 friends. I took 1 bedroom, and there was lots of room for the girls to hang out with each other and sleep without me being in their way. Liked the cleanliness. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with dishes/cups/glasses/pots/pans. Right on Main St, so easy access to everything. Several grocery stores and pharmacies very close by, if needed.

Dingy. No or very little decor. Was not a pleasant-looking environment.

Overall it served it’s purpose and we enjoyed ourselves. Would consider staying here again.

Great space!

Could have had more amenities such as salt and pepper, shampoo/body wash and more kitchen supplies. Closet doors in the room with the 2 twin beds were broken and we could barely open them.

What breakfast? I was not advised there was one.

It wasn't too well equipped, and a box of tissues would have been nice. I also thought the cleaning fee was excessive for one night.

Just needs a little tlc.

Good location, kitchen was well equipped. Roomy livingroom .

The tub was slippery and the bathroom was small. There was food in one of the bedroom drawers. The floors were wet for 2 days But we had a good time.

all-around great place for a long weekend getaway

office staff exceptionally pleasant. Pool was fantastic, especially that it had a deep end! Love the layout and the 1.5 baths.

noise from floor above (running children) went on until the wee hours and sounded like herd of elephants lol.

This place was huge, especially for the value. With two rooms, a full kitchen, dining room table, sectional couch, and a large deck for around the same price as a hotel room you can't beat it! The staff was also extremely friendly and very helpful. The battery in our door died and they had it fixed within a couple of hours.

Staff is great. Living room & kitchen great. Convenient location.

No breakfast but breakfast/lunch place across the street. Location great.

Beds weren’t very comfortable. Towels not good quality. Tissues/tp lowest quality.

Was a nice place, would stay again, hopefully the beds a little more comfy and the pools open late😃

Price was fantastic for what it came with. Loved having the upper deck and living space.

The pool closing before 9 was a bummer.. it's summer! People are on vacation! They want to stay up late, relax by the hot tub. Toilet paper was like sandpaper. Breakfast??
