The beds are all back and we found cockroaches and the spoons and forks that had dead cockroach legs

It's better than it's stars rating

I liked that they were clean and the commodities.

The location. You have to swerve through 4 lanes to turn the opposite direction. The other guests. I had someone outside my door around midnight with lights shining through the window for over 15 mins then honked. I had 3 toddlers inside. The local deposit for neighboring CITY. They did not mention this was a cash deposit until I was in office or that it even existed until I was there.

Very inexpensive, room odor, and good location. Unfortunately that was the first and last time we will stay at this loca

It was inexpensive, and a good location. The shower got nice and hot. The bedding seemed to be clean. We did inspect the mattress and did not see any bedbugs.

The moment we walked into the room, there was a very strong odor of cigarette smoke and a musty smell. It was so bad when we got home all the clothes we had worn smelled like cigarettes, we had to thoroughly wash all our clothes. Upon inspection the window AC unit was completely covered in dust and appeared to have dirt caked inside it. The bathroom light was full of dead bugs, and the bathroom floor looks like it had not been swept.

Not worth it

The location was great and the staff was nice.

There were cigarette ashes all over the bathroom floor and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. All of the open outlets didn't work so we had to unplug things to charge our devices. There were also dead bugs around the room and I had to kill a couple of small roaches.

I loved the location and the price.

I didn't like how the lady who checked me in had an attitude and wouldn't give me a recipe for the deposit I had to leave because I was a local. She told me to take a picture of it if I needed proof I left her money for a deposit. The towels, washcloths, and hand towels were just thrown on the rack instead of folded and neatly placed. The shower and bathroom could have been a lot cleaner. The glass desk didn't appear to have been cleaned when the room was dusted. The elevator was also sticky l

Won’t go back there

The hotel is not disability friendly. There was only 1 elevator and our room was on the other side of the hotel on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was a waffle or cereal. The room was supposed to be smoke free but it smelled like someone chained smoked before we got there. I guess you get what you pay for.

It was bearable...

The front office girl was fantastic during the day time and housekeeping was super friendly!

Breakfast could use more than one waffle maker, area is way crowded, ur literally leaning over people sitting to get plates and to use the waffle maker.. Next the room where to start first one was dirty hair and used shower stuff still in tub, dirty washcloth on floor and counter had some sticky stuff on it. second one the bed cover had dried blood on it and i stripped the bed and took it down to the front desk. The room was in a horrible spot and loud af! People all hours running around yelling talking loudly u can hear next door rooms people laughing..

Not a well run team never made repairs food was terrible coffee taste like hot water. Will never stay again

Very lite up. Bed was comfortable

Ordered king suite fire place didn’t work called and reported it and in 3 days never fixed it. There was roaches in the room. Never received clean towels. The breakfast was horrible warm milk only two types of cereal only one waffle maker. Nothing like they showed on advertising pages.

Price is low for a reason

I liked the location and the price.

The beds were not comfortable, and they were pretty small for saying they were queen sized. Seemed more like full size beds. The bathtub in our room was quite awful, because you definitely couldn’t stand in the middle of it without fear of falling through the floor. To paint a picture: it was bouncy. Not something you expect in a bathtub, but guess I shouldn’t have been surprised with the price being as low as it was. I could go on, but basically just know that the price is low because of what you get.

We've stayed here several times on our way into Gatlinburg as we usually arrive a day before checking into our cabin. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the beds are comfortable. Great value for the price.

Location. Pics of roach crawling on my fiancés phone.

Room smelled moldy and damp and I killed a cockroach on the tv table. Gross! Staff weren’t able to relocate us to another room even though it showed available room in Booking.com. Skunk by dumpsters prevented us from using trash. Door and bath run down.

Even for the money I will not stay there again.

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. It was located near to the areas we were going.

Carpet was older and the tack strip in the doorway was exposed, we kept stepping on it. The desk clerk was borderline rude when I had to keep asking for towels that weren't given by housekeeping and wasn't there quite a few times when I had to go in there. The pool was not cleaned well, it had hair, bugs and oil floating on the top in the mornings.

Do not recommend this hotel!

The jacuzzi in the room was nice.

Housekeeping did a poor job of cleaning our room throughout the week of our stay. Trash was collected and fresh towels were given. That was the extent of the clean for the week. We requested a deep clean every other day and it was not provided.

The staff was rude. The room beside us keep us awake.all night not enough handy cap parking. They didn't even cleane our room the whole time we were there. We had to go get our own linen and had to wait for that. We were gone and they just throwed them on the bed.

Friendly, helpful & amazing staff members! Every single individual I encountered over my 3 day stay. 😊

Could have been a couple more breakfast options. 🤔 Definitely should have provided butter for the waffles. Room was not so clean. Fan in bathroom made a constant buzzing noise.

Room was very drafty front door didn't have a seal on it so the cold air and noise came through. door was rusted and molded. Mold in shower. The room had a horrible smell to it. we tried to cancel the second night but was unable at first then they called back and said we could but there was no other rooms available so we stayed both nights. Limited Parking. breakfast was waffles could offer more. bed was ok.
