Willl not return to this hotel.

First of all no one was at the desk when we arrived. we had to wait about 5 minutes before someone came. second the comforter was dirty I used tide to clean the brown spots. Also we went to open the sliding door and it was coming off the frame so we called down, we were not able to open the door to use the balcony. When we went to check out I waited close to 10 minutes and no come came out i could hear someone on the phone so I peaked around the corner and told them we were checking out, she said ok. terrible service, very unprofessional, not only that but another employee came in and never asked to help me, she went in another room and never came out.

Enjoyable Stay

Room size was acceptable. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast has good selection too. Overall, happy with our stay and enjoyed it. Had good view of the famed Red Rocks.

No housekeeping throughout the 4 nights of stay. Whilst I understand and appreciate the idea to go green, it would be better if there is some housekeeping once in 2-3 days. But to be fair to the hotel, we could request for housekeeping if we need it. However, we have to notify front desk by 10am each morning and for the period of time we were there, we always forget or missed the timing.

Location is the top reason why I booked this place.

The wifi was not working the whole time we’re there. Every time I called to check I was told that “they’re resetting the router and it should be working soon…” No housekeeping services unless you request it and they only do it every 3rd day of your stay… The villa was not stocked up with enough supplies (toilet paper, dishwashing pods, paper towels , etc.) upon arrival. Villas by the creek do NOT have the same views . Do not believe the front desk when they tell you that all villas are the same. They are NOT! We arrived a little after 4:00 pm to check in and was given the option to take another villa since ours (requested one by the creek) will not ready for another 2hours. Front desk staff sold us on a promise that all villas have the same creek view. The one given to us had no view, wooded back patio with no creek access.

we went to the club house.the girl in the front loo y was horrible bad attitude. she tolda we couldn’t use the towels from the pool because maintenance guy would get mad. we had to bring our own from the room .. she was horrible..

Nice place, with a few improvements it could be tops!

Location and unit location worked well for us. The view from the back is breathtaking. The 2 people (one man and one woman) did an excellent job with the daily breakfast. It was super clean, organized and the food was very good. The unit was cute, we had a 2 queen bed. Layout was fine. My daughter and then 2 other guests both commented that they wanted to have one of the Nescafe machines that made hot drinks and hot chocolate with milk!

What could have been better? The beds were kind of tight and the pillows were the worst. The shower/toilet room lighting and fan were poor at best. Need brighter lighting and a more powerful exhaust fan. Apps on the tv so we could log into our Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Paramount Plus, Peacock or other would have been nice. When checking in we were told we would get a call when our room was ready - we never did. The check in time is 4PM and we arrived at 1PM. We were told that we would receive a call when the room was ready and we returned at 4PM and was told that it was ready, but nobody followed up with us so we had to cart around a bunch of stuff necessarily so.

needs updating, front desk staff not that friendly, disappointing that the indoor pool etc are not in the building, this should be made more clear. room was not that clean upon check in I cleaned it myself. breakfast staff is wonderful very friendly and attentive the front desk should take a lesson from them

incredible views with a central location to Sedona fun! wake up to the red rocks

excellent location for visiting Sedona, plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. great view of the red rocks out back including Snoopy Rock from the room itself

not really sure what rooms get a fireplace? it certainly wasn’t ours and i don’t know where they’d be in other rooms…. view was great though!!

wonderful Sedona stay

it is in a great location, wonderful views from the balcony. it is close to shopping and restaurants. the room is spacious and well appointed, the bed is very comfortable.

our only issue with the property is that the cleaning staff used too much fabreeze or air freshener, it was stifling. we had to open the doors to air out the room. the bathroom needs a little updating of its fixtures.

Fantastic stay, walking distance to Main Street and gorgeous location for a hotel!

Perfect location and very close walking distance to the Main Street for shopping, restaurants and bars. the breakfast was superb! Great selection of food to start your day off right! the staff were also amazing and very friendly. I loved the clubhouse with access to the steam room, pool and jacuzzi. it made our stay extra special! And lastly the view from our private balcony was to die for!!! best view I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Nothing, it was better than I expected!
