Lousy.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

After I made the reservation I was told there would be no breakfast. The building entrance was always locked and you had to call or press a button for someone to respond. On the day of checkout there was no one there and I was told that the person there would call me to get my email address to send me a copy of the bill. Never heard from him. Would never stay there again.

Exceptional

Just a stop for the night on way from coast to Sacramento. Was able to see how beautiful the area was in the am when leaving.

Very good

Unrepaired damage to the upper wall of the portico adjacent to the lobby. A piles of stuff here and there: carts near the office, old paint cans near the pool (although it was closed for the season), an old engine and wheels near the dumpster over in the northeast portion of the north parking lot.

Seemed clean enough. Quiet enough. Liked that it had microwave and fridge. Carpet a dark grey with stripes, so impossible to tell how clean it was. Sink cracked. Large tile in bathroom floor cracked. Fine enough stay for a couple of nights.

Friendly manager, Quiet and inexpensive, but a bit run down

friendly manager/ owner, made a great and friendly effort to get us the room type we requested on 1st floor. the room was very clean, if a bit run down. our room was quiet and inexpensive.

a lot of junk all around the property and right in front of the office, made us a bit worried about the stay. From what I understand, he has had staffing problems since the pandemic. that being said, he did accommodate us and the room served its purpose.
