The price and location was good

Price. Size of room. Comfy bed

Dirty carpet and old. Terrible TV channels! Few news stations and hard to hear . Too much local programming for travelers. CNN would be great! Breakfast time never mentioned at sign in.

Would definitely recommend Country Inn & Suites in Raleigh when traveling to this area.

Location and price especially during the holiday weekend. The staff was very friendly and provided good customer service. Front desk provided great choices for restaurants & Local activities during our stay.

Gelukkig was het maar voor 1 nacht.

De locatie van het hotel was dicht bij de luchthaven. Zeer ruime kamers.

De bedden piepten, de muren zijn zeer dun. We konden mensen horen snurken in de kamer naast ons.

Close to the airport and the staff was friendly

Facility was very outdated, room smelled really bad and it seems like they just try to cover up the smell.

Sufficient place to stay provided there is no space rented out for parties.

Friendly staff. Conveniently located by RDU.

I guess they rent out space for parties and the party they had under our room blasted music until 11. I called and was ensured the party was over at 10, but it was actually 11. We had flights at to leave for a 4am.

Phenomenal!

The GM, Adonis, is beyond exceptional and is a servant leader! He is hands down the best GM I have come across and I use to be a contract manager for 10 hotels in the NC area. Adonis needs a raise and promotion!

There was nothing I didn’t like, everything was beyond exceptional!

Easy and convenient.

We stay here every time we fly early out of Raleigh-Durham Airport. Convenient shuttle service.

Loud air traffic most of the night.

Comfortable, but I didn´t sleep as well as I needed to now arrange my own transportation to airport.

Bed was super comfortable, shower good temperature and flow.

1. Requested with Bookings.com a 4:30AM shuttle to airport. Was the reason I chose this hotel. When I checked in they said it was first-come-first-serve. If you can not honor a request... requests have no value. 2. The attendant at the hotel did not wear a mask (yes, we are experiencing a pandemic)

A great stay that served our overnight needs.

Location was very good for Raleigh Durham airport. My wife liked the layout of the room and our bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Decent Stay with a Comfy Bed

Bed was very comfortable. Everything seemed to be very clean. The breakfast was good. Also, the attendant working the breakfast area was so nice! She noticed my husband loved the sausage and when she brought out a fresh batch, she brought some over to our table for him.

Two of the lights in our room didn't work. One had no light bulb and the other we never could figure out why it didn't work. There was a huge water stain in the bathroom ceiling that was a bit concerning.

Overpriced - I’d stay somewhere else at $150/night.

Fairly clean overall.

Poor breakfast - same as many other lower class hotels. Cleaning staff did not clean my room after the first night. Pillows on the bed were some sort of small square pillows. Had a King bed and the pillows were not even standard size nor king size pillows. Bed was not comfortable. Hotel is very dark inside, paint color and lighting, looks a little dated.

Excellent Stay for a Good Nights Sleep

Room was enormous! Everyone had their own space and the suite had the beds in a separate room. Loved it!

Too musty smelling to stay.

Convenient to RDU airport.

The first room we were given smelled terrible and the carpet was wet. Apparently, the carpet had been recently "cleaned" and wasn't dry. The second room still smelled musty and mildewey, though the carpet was mostly dry. We canceled our second night and went to a Hilton.

Beautiful Place!

The room is gorgeous! It was enormous and roomy, which is fantastic for a large family. Even the kitchen sink is there, so I can quickly wash the kids' bottles. Also a large counter top for me to put my things on. This hotel is a favorite among my family.

The pool was not in working order. Make sure you call and check with the front desk if the pool is working during your stay. I booked the hotel primarily for the indoor pool, which was not operational. This is why the hotel received 9 instead of 10.

I had a hard time finding the hotel. But overall, the stay was good. Staff friendly.

I like the location of the breakfast but not the food choices, although you had a good variety. No bacon.

Please provide better soap.

This is our second time . I am booking it again for one night. Flight canalled again.

The room was very comfort and clean. Breakfast was okay the area was clean.

Nice and clean, good before your flight, small unhealthy breakfast.

Friendly and professional service, nice and clean rooms and sofa area, gym etc. located next to the airport (that’s what we wanted before our early flight) but still not much noise at all.

Only downside was the breakfast buffet, extremely little to offer, not even bacon, just powdered scrambled eggs. In addition to the high sugar high carb stuff. No fresh fruits or plain yogurt. Pretty bad coffee too. Basically nothing to eat for a low carb no sugar/sweetener plain healthy diet person.

Not a good value for the price.

Location to my destination

The water never got hot. The room had lots of visible staining on the carpet. The bed was not comfortable, the refrigerator had a horrible odor and didn’t get cold. Housekeeping was not provided unless you stayed for 3 days.
