The light in the bathroom wasn't working coffee pot doesn't work, telephone don't work. The staff was rude. Price too high I booked a room with a kitchenette and was put in a normal room with two queen beds.

The location was decent.

The fire alarm was broken and beeping, and the staff told us to just remove the battery. When pulled off the wall, there was moisture and black mold behind it. There was no breakfast as advertised, and there was no pool. I was disappointed and felt like it was not worth the price, especially given the unsanitary condition and lack of safety concerns.

Truthfully, coffee and a granola bar is not “breakfast”. They were out of juice.

Mariache music outside my room until 11 pm. My room phone didn’t work, and after using my cellphone to call the front desk, they said there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Unacceptable! I asked for fresh towels, and they told me I needed to bring my used towels to the front desk to get more clean towels…

Never stay here.

The staff was very friendly which was a surprise.

The room was fairly clean but the bathroom floor was flitty. It really needs a good steam cleaning. I am not sure of the carpet but I never took my shoes off. The bed spreads on both beds had holes in them, The towels were the cheapest you could buy, The water in the shower never got warm. Thank goodness I was going straight home. The paint job was good and they made a good attempt to freshen up the outside. The staff was very friendly which was a surprise. Next time I am in Lake Charles I will spend a little more for a better room.

Great location right off 10..parking lot very well lit..room was clean and comfortable..staff was very nice..great Mexican restaurant directly across the street (but be very careful crossing the street)

Not sure what was going on but very very early on a Sunday morning, it sounded like the floor in the room above me was being replaced...this wasn't the sound of someone getting up and walking around..much much worse..not on a Sunday morning!

was fine at check in at 6pm

party next room about 8 to 10 people loud really loud rap music then sounded like a fight we left at 10pm when to manager told him I believe he was afraid to go down there we asked for a refund for the 2 days booked an was refused we left an checked into a Comfort inn saw today he had billed us for for the 2 days I reported it to my Discover card rd departments

the housekeeper at 9 am came in on New Year’s Day to see if we were gone when we had until 11 to check out.

The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

There was barely any water when we showered, I was charged an extra $20 deposit upon arrival and said its not posted anywhere. The one that set me over the top was when I went to breakfast and there isnt one, but they display a beautiful breakfast pictures on their site

Apparently all of the rooms are the same size even if the cost is a little more 🤷‍♀️

The “business king suite” has decent pillows and the bed was pretty comfy as well! Other than the smell of cigarettes in the room, the room was clean.

When I booked the room I chose the business king suite, I chose the room rather than the regular king room due to extra space and the cabinet space, larger fridge etc. however after immediately entering the room my husband and I realize that the room wasn’t anything close to the business king suite pictured on the website! We didn’t complain in fact we didn’t mention anything until checkout and at that time we were told that all the rooms are the same size, even though the size also is stated during the time of booking and the room i chose shows a bigger size! So don’t be fooled by the pictures… or the sizes….apparently they’re all the same! It smelled of cigarettes in the room when we entered, and I chose non smoking! We had to park a good ways from the room once we got back from our event for the night. At the event we were talking to people more familiar with the area and the area isn’t exactly the safest and we will probably never return nor recommend. Also when we arrived the front desk staff was kinda rude, definitely not friendly or welcoming!
