Never return again

Don't know about breakfast, I did like the safety of the gate closing at a certain time. Big point here they put all the Black people in the back. So I won't be returning at this hotel anymore never

Ice machine did not work, has to go out to buy ice, that's something they suppose to accommodate .

It was an ok stay

The bed was ok, air conditioning was great

Door knob on the bathroom door was loose, the handle on the sink came off easily when shutting off the water. Beer bottles just left in parking spots

Devoir faire changer les draps, nettoyer et acheter des produits pour nettoyer la chambre et débarrasser les insectes dans la chambre.

It was decent

Loved the room! Very clean & spacious.

They wanna kick you out ON TIME. Check out is at 11AM and they will keep knocking until you have left. Also the area isn’t very safe. Very ratchet for me, but the rooms were very clean & kept up well.

Very horrible do not recommend i what a refund

I would like a refund there was bugs, sheets was dirty, shower nasty, and it was a smell so bad i wanted to sleep with the door open i basically slept in the car

Great stay and would book again!

The property let me check in early and was very friendly! They are very fast and friendly at the same time!

The bathroom is very small! And sadly my mirror in my room didn’t light up I was looking forward to taking mirror pictures!

Pathetic

The toilet flush didn’t work , the walls were all falling apart , could smell weed all over the place . Very bad experience and never will visit this location ever . Thoufh other quality inns are better .

Most horrible place I ever stayed

I liked the location. That's is it.the staff was very rude. He treated us like we were criminals

The hotel staff was horrible to us. He tried to over charge us when we arrived. The hot water in the room didn't work or have a nob to turn the water on. People walked right past our room and can look right in.

all of the upgrades and renovations came out very well and it’s very comfortable

everything and especially the breakfast they are also very helpful anytime of the night

Couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

The price was right but this is a true example of “you get what you pay for.” I didn’t realize this hotel is in the “bad part” of New Orleans until we were about to get off the plane and a local informed me. Upon arrival at 12:30am, we had to ring a doorbell which took 2 times before a shoeless, unenthusiastic employee emerged only to check us in through a hole in the building. We did not offer us to come into the building. She handed me the keys and said, down that way. Did not offer any information about breakfast or anything. The room was updated and fairly clean but clearly the bones of the property are unwell. Pillows are half the size of a normal pillow which was weird. To our surprise there was indeed a hot continental breakfast in the morning but the employees serving it were also less than enthused. I think they all need some training in costumer service.
