Hard Landing

The staff is always pleasant. Staff meaning front desk Heather & Candi. It's not allowing me to upload video and recording of conversations however anyone who care to view video and hear recording text me @ 9713265985.

During this particular stay I suffered a slip and fall. The only person that seem to have any concern was the front desk worker Heather. The owner didn't even care to hear what I was saying in fact he told Heather, "You're the manager you deal with it." And of course the manager didn't know that I was recording this entire conversation. However, he will when my attorney get done reaching out to him. The ceiling leaked through the light fixture leaving the floor soak and wet which I didn't realize until I got up to go to the restroom and fell down. I'm posting a video to show entire issue. It will not let me post video but any readers that care to view video and hear audio recording between myself, hotel manager Heather and rude hotel owner.....text me and I will forward it to you....9713265985.

Disappointing

Nothing pool closed and just rough part of town.

Out dated facility refrigerator did not work and freezer part had standing water in it. I moved the microwave to different electrical plug to get it to work. Old towels and stained hand towels. Remote needed batteries because it did not work I out of 2 nights I was there.

Best place to stay that is cheap and has clean grounds and no prostitutes and drug heads roaming.

It has to be one of the cheapest hotels around but it is not full of drug adicts and it is clean. It is near the hospital district and the very first exit out of the city so only a 4 minute drive to the Boardwalk or downtown, max.

Smart TV would be nice, limited channel selection. Pool was closed but I get it that it probably doesn't get much use but still would be nice.

Bad

They charged me for 2 rooms, said I was a no show. When I checked in it was late and I had to leave very early to continue my journey. The clerk and has to be the clerk took my C.C # and rented another room under Wyndham hotels online (which I've never done) for someone else who who I assume they know who was sleeping on the sofa in the lobby.

Non-smoking room, but it still smelled of cigarettes. Took an unusuallt long time to get hot water. Bath tub drain was exceptionally slow and the handle for the tub faucet fell off And the TV had no service

It does not offer a breakfast and service was terrible.. if I could get a refund I would have..I come to town in that area every week and this hotel Had false advertising and definitely does not meet the wyndam backing..my number is 318-761-0803 and email is [email protected] or [email protected]

There was no breakfast as mentioned.. broke vending machines , rude service and added fees in other areas to hike up the price..

I didn't like the how nasty the room was and the sheets was disgusting could find the remote to the TV the bathroom had glitter all in the tub and floor and walls it's was like a glitter bomb went off in just the bathroom it was alittle noisy not bad but someone was smoking weed out side and it was coming thru the ac unit, wouldn't have been that bad if I didn't have my kids but the room smelt like a skunk all night.. other than the the guy at the front desk was nice and presentable...

Very cheap, but the nastiest, and roughest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Wyndham should be highly embarrassed to have their

The interactions I had with the older gentleman at the front desk was exceptional and he was accommodating to my request. That is the only thing I liked.

The prostitution and drug deals occurring out of the backside of the hotel were probably my least favorite. Most of the doors were badly damaged from being kicked in at some point or multiple points in their service. And although house keeping did tidy up and replenish the rooms daily, they DID NOT clean the floors at any point during my nearly 1 month stay, or even before i occupied the room.

Trash , rooms look nothing like they are in picture , staff is rude

Rooms don’t match picture online , just went last they stank . Just it was horrible experience for me . I just wish every was better .

Every could’ve been better to the staff . When he started lying , gave me the wrong number to management. Said he didn’t give me the wrong clearly when I called it they said no .
