Average hotel with an above average price tag. Location is phenomenal

Location location location

Elevator could of been working like a regular elevators does. Room could of been ready at the rather late check in time of 4:00 but instead we had to wait about 30 minutes

Great location, amazing staff

Location, couple minutes waking to the main street in downtown Holland. Exceptional staff at the hotel!!

Weird lighting arrangement in the room, can not just light up for example bathroom if you need to visit in the middle of the night or just night stand light

We had a great time and would stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the bar were we could sit and have a drink. The staff was great. We brought our bikes and felt safe leaving them locked on our car bike rack in the parking lot.

Rooms were small and poorly designed. Small and TV was nearly in the bed. it was ultra modern and not a bit cozy.

Great weekend get away

Staff was awesome, room was clean and comfortable. Great location! Celebrating our anniversary… staff brought up a bottle of wine to start our stay. Nice touch

Good location but strangely uncomfortable room.

The breakfast was adequate. You place an order at the counter and it is brought to your table. The choices were limited. The location is excellent, just a block from the main street, 8th. The shower was very large, but had only one shower head and no wand. The toilet closet was a nice touch.

The room was large but oddly furnished, with only one swivel desk chair and a very uncomfortable 'sofa' that felt like sitting on a very hard air mattress, and kept sliding forward. The floors were cold and hard, the ceilings extremely high, and the place felt cold all the time. There was a small fridge but no microwave. It was an expensive room, and not good value.

the location was within walking distance of a wedding we were going to and they were able to accommodate an early check in so we could drop our stuff off before the wedding also the bed was very comfortable

Close to downtown. In walking distance

Very clean. Close to the downtown area which was very convenient not to deal with parking. Quiet hotel. I barely heard anyone. And the bed was amazing. Best nights sleep i have ever gotten in a long time. I’m even considering purchasing the bed for myself.

I would have liked a bath tub to relax in at the end of the day.

Disappointing - booking.com said breakfast included - not!

Comfortable beds and nice linens. Walking distance to town

Not a good value. For $412 per night there should be more amenities. Not even a continental breakfast included.
