Room access. Room comfort. Over priced.

The room was very clean and we didn't have to ask for linens as there was plenty for the time we were there.
The exterior steps need to be swept off as there was a lot of dirt in them and the outdoor carpet in the balcony was very nasty/ dirty. Definitely needs to be replaced.

Close to our destination. Staff seemed nice and checked in with us. Breakfast was served. Room was near pool. Affordable.
Room smelled horrible and clearly was a smoking room. As a non smoker this was hard to get past. We had to buy febreeze and use it daily. Blankets had holes in them and beds were uncomfortable. Rooms were run down and old.

Rooms were great. We were surprised that they gave us Supper & breakfast and all we could eat.
Nothing could have been better.

Very clean, and the free dinner and breakfast was amazing. Also had a great area to walk your pets and at a very reasonable rate. . Definitely staying here again.

The staff were great. The location is out of the way but close enough to everything needed.
The carpet is badly in need of shampooing.

easy to get to, dinner and breakfast free!
not clearly marked where front checkin was… no signage on that building and was separate from actual building where rooms are

That a dinner and breakfast were available. Though I didn't eat either, as I only stopped to sleep, on a long drive. But the bed was comfortable, and that meant a lot.
The phone call to check and make aure things were good. A great idea, and I appreciated the gesture, but i just stopped long enough to sleep a few hours before hitting the road again, and it woke me up.

I liked that we got a room.
Very uncomfortable, heard everyone walking around. The doors need updated locks on them. Didn't feel safe with the locking system on the door. The curtains didn't even cover the whole window. I had to tuck the curtains into the door so no one could see in.

Bed was decently comfortable.
Made us go the third floor amd my girlfriend has disabilities and it was very difficult. When there was plenty rooms on the other floors. Bathroom was incredibly small.

When we arrived this hotel before 3:00 pm. Oct 19, 2022, front desk staff told us no reservation for us. We had to look for another hotel. We did not check in but still were charged us two rooms one day fees!!!!
I requested to change the check in date from oct 20 to oct 19 more than one month ago, and got the approve message from Days Inn and booking.com. How can I trust Booking.com and like this hotel?

Notes that we did not have to go out in a restaurant right now morning. There was a nice variety of food for us to choose from. Breakfast was available from 7 to 10which was great. We did not have dinner there except for one night, the night we arrived.
This hotel was quite far from our son’s home.

Nothing. it was lay at night and we called to make a reservation. over the phone we were quoted $220 for the night. but, due to being in the mountains, we lost cell signal before completing the reservation. we later called the motel directly to ensure they had a room and were told it was $299 for the night.
Since it was the only room we could find, we took it. We asked for a non-smoking room. but it smelled like pot so bad that we had to leave the door open to try and air out the room.
When we turned on the water in the shower, rusty metal pieces poured out. It was disgusting
The bed was uncomfortable
The “hot” breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. Barely palatable.
One of the worst nights I’ve ever paid for.

Reasonable rate.
Rooms dated. Bathroom fan rattled. Shower fixture was coming loose. We checked in late evening and hoped to sleep in for travels. Staff banging garbage cans outside the door at 8am. Had seedy looking worker in breakfast room, making people's plates and handing out. I reached to get a cup of juice and broke creepy protocol. Must be some sort of covid crap I suppose. I said no thanks, I'd rather take my chances with licking the handrails...ew.

the guy serving breakfast was nice

The room was clean and beds slept good. The size of the room was nice, staff was friendly and I like that they serve breakfast and if your there at supper you can eat there also.
The pool was nasty with stuff floating in it. It was like they didn't have the filters on and no one had cleaned it. The room was hot when we arrived, It would of been nice if they had put the ac on low. The ice machine was on the second floor and you had to go up stairs to get ice which is bad for older people and people who have trouble climbing stairs. There needs to be a book of instructions on how to work the tv and places around that deliver or you can go get something to eat.
