Did not feel safe. Building not well maintained - shattered glass door. Our door did not close fully

Did not feel safe. The hotel room door did not fully close and there was a visible gap between the door and the frame (especially when compared to other rooms).

I would not attend again

The sink didn’t drain and the electrical outlets were loose and had a possibility of shocking people because of the age staff was rude I feel like I got scammed they make you pay for parking and other fees that are not shown it the ads

Not as advertised

It was clean and mostly quiet.

They advertised free breakfast included but when I asked the front desk where it was going to be held, front desk answered here you need to give your room number and then you have a choice of Apple juice, orange juice or cranberry juice and an apple or bananna and they would hand it to you over the desk. I was very disappointed. And when you check in they charge you $10 per day to park your own car.

Paying for parking at this location makes no sense. The hotels next door don't charge for parking and they are better.

Only stayed one night for business but I would not stay here if I was with my wife

The whole facility is aging. The fixtures in the room, from the lighting to the bathroom, are very old.

Poor

We were able to have first-floor access.

The outside of the hotel was dirty, and the door we had to access the building to our room had garbage thrown all over the sidewalk and grass. You have to drive around the buildings if your room is not located in the building that has the lobby. Our room had a glass of some sort burnt into the carpet right by the bed, so I had to make sure I was cautious of where stepped. You have to pay $10/day for parking. Our bathroom had a wad of hair behind the toilet that was definitely not from us.

All in all it was just fine.

This was very well located for the event at Meydenbauer Center that we attended. Staff was excellent and accomodations were good for a very good price.

Only complaint was that there was no elevator. My husband uses a walker so we were limited to first floor and had to drive around to front to pick up breakfast.

Red Lion stay

Staff was nice. Liked available snacks at counter. Convenient to buses. Liked mini fridge in room. Breakfast bag had a lot. Liked big comfy chair.

Didn't like room with sliding door. Hard to relax thinking anyone could walk up to it. Curtains looked old and stained. Never found vending machine map showed at end of hallway.

Housekeeping failure

Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping never came to my room. I left by 9a.m. daily for 3 days, and they never once entered my room.

no much, maintenance very poor appearance of the building, very dirty the difference between a good hotel and this very lower class was only $23.00 lesson learned i would not book this hotel at all
