Disappointing , Stayed 2 nights never left the room . Nothing to do at hotel except go to a bar .

Location and bar / restaurant .

Pool didn’t work ,whirlpool didn’t work , was not made aware of that at booking or checkin ….check in was horrible .. due to the fact they couldn’t get their credit card machine working properly. Was over a 45 min wait to get into a room . … told I would be given like a 20 dollar discount .sad , very disappointing …

We had a great time in Jamestown and the stay was great!

I thought the room was good, a little out dated but very clean. We stayed on the 2nd floor there was no elevator which was a little different, but we were ok a good thing we didn't have much luggage. There is a bar and a restaurant in the hotel so that was a plus. I thought all in all was a great weekend. Thank you

It was clean, in town and very comfortable. Though I didn't use the pool or hot tub they were located in a beautiful indoor setting. Nicest pool area I've seen.

Long walks down the corridors to the room and no elevator. It was only one floor up but carrying heavy bags up and down steps wasn't fun.

Convenient location for our college visit and pricing was within our budget.

The cooperation of staff was excellent. We had serious issues with the TV and the staff person on duty was able to get authorization to move us to another room. It was the "Outdoor Suite".

Upgraded, kids enjoyed the pool

We arrived in the late evening after a difficult day on the road. The front desk staff member, without knowing anything about our tough day, upgraded us to a pool-side princess-themed room, which was super fun for our 6 year old daughter. The pool has a small tunnel slide which the kids enjoyed. A number of restaurants were close-by. We opted for Taco Bell which was open until midnight.

The pool was chilly, which didn't dampen the kids enthusiasm, but made it a bit tough for me to enjoy it. The internet was a bit spotty.
