Bad

The hotel offers in the site free shuttle service. When you arrive at the hotel I discovered that this service is only for pilots and in specific times. I make my reservation at this hotel because of this. Very dissapointed!

It was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

I loved how welcoming the front desk was and she helped me change my information for my rewards. She even had a conversation with me and talked to my girls.

Could have used better food for breakfast. Offered more drinks. More room to eat.

I would choose to stay here again. Staff is very friendly.

The entrance, hallways and room were all very clean. The breakfast was very good. A staff member opened up the conference room for us to eat our breakfast due to breakfast area being full. Pool was excellent.

We had a great weekend.

It was clean & comfortable. Kent was at the front desk at checkin and was extremely helpful with inf information about the area including Hastings whe where we were heading the next day.

Checking out Sunday morning about 10am I was unable to get a receipt. The woman at the desk said since I booked with booking.com they had to email me a receipt as she couldn’t get into site. This has never happened before and I usually book with booking.com and get a receipt at the front desk.

Overall good experience, breakfast was mediocre at best.

Room was clean, large and had good amenities.

The breakfast was low quality and inexpensive, food taste was bad.

It was quiet and the best mattress I slept on of the hotels I have stayed at. I had the best nights sleep.
