Great stay

The property was well located for are stay. On arrival they asked us if we had any plans for dinner and recommended a local restaurant and gave us a pass that elongated the wait time. Turned out to be a fantastic place to dine.

Little outdated but good money value.

Good location and breakfast was okay

The room we got had a lot of bugs and flies. Cleaness is lacking in this facility. We got two smaller rooms because of that which made our family sleep separately.

Wish I’d Booked at Hampton Inn

Good location and finally have an elevator

We’ve stayed here many times in the past. Two years ago we paid $79. Today we paid $150 and did not feel we got out moneys worth. Remodel left this a very cold feeling not warm and friendly like before and the retro ‘70’s vinyl sofa in our room was awful to sit in., very uncomfortable. Breakfast had burned scrambled eggs and no milk for cereal. Wish I’d booked at Hampton Inn. We won’t stay here again.

we were not happy at all. won’t be staying there again.

it was well cleaned and staff were nice. it was in good location for us.

the pool was not working and that is one of the reason we pick it for that so we could relax before we had to dance all day the next day. inside the hall ways it smelled of pot and that was not good for my daughter to be inhaling.

Good value for price.

We liked having two king beds in separate rooms.

Rarely use these breakfasts because after a while on the road, they are repetitive. Hot tub not working.

Bed very comfortable, room was great. Also front desk clerk was very helpful, making sure we had coffee even though we were leaving before breakfast started.

It was a little ways off the highway but not bad.

Comfortable room and pleasant staff. Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise.

Shower drain was clogged and full of long hair. Front desk person came and recleaned bathroom but couldn't deal with clogged drain. She offered to move us, but we were already settled in and my husband has some mobility issues. Just didn't use the shower.

Location is convenient for whom likes to visit Chrystal Hot Springs.

We were placed in a room at the second floor and were disturbed a lot by the noises coming either from the other rooms or the corridor. The rooms could’ve been sound proof.

it was super close to the freeway which made it nice for us to easily get to our hotel. and the staff was super nice and helpful.

the pool wasn’t open. and the heater kept blowing cold air then hot air so the room was either freezing or super hot.

Okay other than the bfast and the pool not open, plus there is no coffee thru out the day or juice -

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Location is good and convenient. Very quiet, however they should put guests with pets on a different floor or area of the hotel from those that don't have their pets with them

The breakfast was okay. Out of OJ, potatoes were cold, no bagels, or regular cream cheese. not much of a selection. The pool was not open again, nor the hot tub. Which is not told when you book your stay. Most ppl go with kids and the kids like to swim. I think a partial refund should be given due to this inconvenience. There is no coffee, juice or snacks thru out the day available. The breakfast was okay. Out of OJ, potatoes were cold, no bagels, or regular cream cheese. not much of a selection.
