It was disgusting the employees were rude and I would never recommend anyone staying here

I liked when I got to leave

The rooms were disgusting hair in the bed showers and sink asked to change and get a clean room and revived attitude from the employee about switching I came and asked for towels and was told am I really asking for towels at this time of night we had just got back from a night out and it was 2am. How am I paying 300 for a room and can’t get towels when I need them ? The whole staff is unprofessional rude and seem like they all hate their jobs.

This is our go to when we visit LA. The staff is always so welcoming, like family.

The area can be bit noisy, but that is not the fault of the owners.

Convenient location

Rooms are looking tired. Lots of dust around baseboards and on doors. Very thin towels.

Worst stay I have ever had in Whittier.

Location.

No housekeeping. Small room; no closet; no luggage rack; internet access was denied the day before our checkout. Left dinner trash outside of room door and it sat there for over 24 hours. Manager's cooperation was terrible when I asked them to clean the room. It was close to a third world motel. I will never stay there again.

Updated and location

Bathroom walls behind door had wierd drip stains and the floor needed mopping and all older hotels have loud air conditioners, but the towels were clean and the tub and shower and the room is updated and overall I would stay again and recommend to other family members

Had a couple of issues but still a good place to stay.

Modern updates matched the pictures online

My room was not as clean as the first time I stayed here. The toilet bowl had a water ring stain on it, and the bath tub was slow draining enough that after a short shower, I had to wait quite a bit for the water and soap to drain. Reported it to staff the next morning when I checked out. The rest of the room was spotless as expected.

Very clean and updated you could tell everything was new...loved the decor..desk clerk was very nice and friendly..

Sorry but the bed was to high, we are seniors and it's very hard to get in and out of bed but that high made it even more difficult.

Pleasant stay and I would recommend for friends staying nearby.

Room was very good size for a double queen and very clean. Plenty of closet and drawers for clothes.

Stairs only (bad knees) but for a small establishment not unexpected. Parking spaces a tad tight for SUV or full size cars. HVAC needs better placement for even temperature in room.

Reasonable room rates for a clean place to stay.

The room was clean and had all that I needed. No extras ... just enough of everything.

For my 7 day stay , my room was only services once. i would think I would have received at least two during that time.

Comfortable, clean and good location for our purposes which was to visit nearby family.

Property looks to be recently up graded. The photos don't do the exterior justice. Nicer than expected.

Enjoyed my stay and would definitely go again.

I loved that the room was very clean and was stocked had towels shampoo soap toilet paper. The microwave and fridge was awesome they came in handy.

Space.... Most rooms now have a sofa. Felt the room was a little small. Plus you can hear all the noises from the room upstairs.

Whittier weekend trip

The room was clean and look up to date with the decorations. It had everything we needed the mini fridge, microwave and a blow-dryer I think it even had an iron.

If anything the parking lot was a bit small.

Will stay again

I requested a downstairs room due to traveling with an elderly person and they were able to accommodate me which I really appreciated.

However the room we received was a little bit water damaged. There was a leak so floor was warped and soft. Also some of the fixtures in the bathroom were old, broken, and rusted. It wasn't as great as the room I received the first time however that was upstairs.

great safe place to stay

the place is nicely updated everything you need is in the room. sometimes we have trouble getting onto the internet. I went to the office and was given another website to log on, the internet worked fine after using that website. And no they don’t come clean the rooms daily due to Covid which is what is expected in these strange times. But they are upfront and honest they let you know when you check in that they do not do room service due to Covid restrictions. This is a motel, so no they don’t provide breakfast, if you want breakfast included than you should go to the bigger hotels that do offer bread coffee and juice and maybe a banana.
