Wonderful beach vacation! I wish I could have stayed for another week.

The condo was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. The hosts were pleasant and available. Even the neighbors were friendly!

There was really nothing that we didn't like about this rental. The only drawback to being on the island was that at times, it can be an hour to get on or off of it (no different than islands in Massachusetts or New York). Cable TV for viewing sports at night would be a plus. We had our own car, but the trolley or bus schedule would have been helpful to have as well.

Great location, close to beach. Nice little pool right outside bedroom door

comfortable stay.

location - close to beach ; unit was comfortable; owner was very responsive

pool and hot tub was across the street behind the other building, so it felt wierd to go there. A/c not that cold in the bedrooms but fine for the other spaces; no toaster; needs more basic supplies (no tissues, only one roll of toilet paper, less than 1/4 roll paper towels; no toiletries; no spare bathroom garbage bag); doors need to be cleaned esp around door knobs; unit is a bit worn but clean and comfortable; landscaping around property needs some attention

Enjoyed the pool right out back, short walk to the beach was nice, beach was also not crowded!

Not knowing what unit you get until day of arrival, but we did get the best one overlooking the pool so that was nice!

Walking distance to the beach.

Quiet neighborhood with very close access to the beach. Beach towels and chairs available for use. Full kitchen amenities. Private pool and jacuzzi! Very nice patio and balconies. Very helpful property manager.

I hate to complain because it is a great property! However, the shower is in major need of an update. Black specks were present when running shower at first and low water pressure. Maybe this is common on the island? Was afraid to adjust faucet too much in fear it would detach from the wall.

Don’t think, book it! Beautiful, well-maintained property with plenty of space!

Rhonda made the contactless check in process super easy & she was readily available for anything we needed! Her husband, Phillip, was super friendly as well. The condo is on a well-maintained property & the interior was really nice, spacious & comfortable. We didn’t use the pool/hot tub/fire place, but they were really nice & wish we had more time to do so. Definitely a good value for what we paid! In close proximity to the beach, grocery store & restaurants. Would recommend to anyone and return if we are back at FMB.

Very nice place, good location, just be 100% sure you know what you're getting.

The place was extremely clean and cozy. The furniture and the beds were very nice.

We didn't like that we didn't get to stay in a unit that was actually advertised on booking.com. The owner has roughly six units in two separate buildings that she rents out, including a large unit which is not rented per online. The pictures are just a summation of all the units she has, including the largest one, which you actually cannot rent on booking. So don't use the pictures as a guide to where you may stay. You may be in the building that has the pool behind it, you may not be. Walking across the street is no big deal, but we thought the pool was in our bag yard, its not. The large kitchen with the Island in it.... that doesn't really exist if you're making your reservation on booking.com. Our place was very nice, but we felt a bit misled.

It was a 5min walk to beach, friendly neighborhood and not crowded and just perfect.

The location was great, keyless entry, great unit. Will definitely come back here and recommend it highly!

Maybe have a big pot available to use.

Disappointing

Close to beach, roomy.

Noisy tenants upstairs parties until 2am. Not clean. No toiletries like any hotel would have provided. Old samples of mans shampoo and toothpaste left, the tiniest toilet paper I have ever seen. Pool on different property. Busy traffic to get to and from the island was not mentioned when booking.
