Think before you book

It was just ok

TV didn’t work , look for broken or damaged pieces, items and report it right away or they’ll try to charge you.

Read before booking.

It was ok nothing too great about this place.

I forgot my work boots, I called management and reported to them to hold on to my boots. Well when I got there my experience work boots were missing. So when it comes down to it they have untrustworthy workers. Head of housekeeping and the owner didn’t know where my boots were at. I lots out on my $279 boots! I’d think twice about staying where there are theives working.

Nice place

Most important, very clean. It was also quiet and the bed was comfortable. Conveniently located next to a gas station and the highway. No issues. I would gladly stay here again.

For an overnighter in the middle of our trip, it was OK.

The room was clean and tidy.

The so-called continental breakfast was extremely lean--very little to choose from

It was worth the money and I would recommend and stay again.

Attracted like minded travelers and families.

There was some old dried dog feces in the rear and around the perimeter. No Doggie waste bags.

The park & fly parking lot was full for the first 4 hours following our arrival at the hotel & was in poor condi

proximity to O’Hare airport and in-house restaurant

despite talking to two persons and discussing our flight times (we did park and fly staying at hotel on both ends of trip), neither of them told me the airport shuttle didn’t run past just short of midnight. that required us to take a taxi both ways and cost an extra $90! Had I been informed of the shuttle time schedule, I would have booked a different hotel.

Room was big. Breakfast was helpfull.

Bathroom door and toilet are very close togheter and hard to enter A/C very noisy. One of two queen mattress very old. Need to be replaced. Carpet it's dirty as well entrance door. Person at desk need smile to customers.

Thanks for saving our reservation, due to the storm and accidents.

We liked your location , the desk clerk and his great attitude.

The breakfast selection could have been better. No protein ( eggs or meat) no rolls, no fruit . It was very busy because of a storm, maybe that's why the breakfast items were lacking. But for $100.00 I thought there might be more for a breakfast selection.

Pleasant.

The hotel looks recently renovated. They even had a working inside pool (not that it was important in winter).

The reports on breakfast in other reviews are true. It starts at 6, by 7 am they were out of almost everything. Kind of disappointing.

Big "No"

I don't like this hotel..

Not recomended. The sink smells cockroach and the bathtub was clogged. It was flooded when you take a shower. The room too small and old.

room was reasonably clean and allowed dogs for a small fee pull out bed and clean sheets in room heater worked well

breakfast was not good. mtv on the tv on breakfast not appropriate for young kids shampoo/conditioner in one (no separate conditioner)
