Convenient location
Hotel attempted to double charge for room. 20$ cash deposit, then when i stated i only had 15$ cash they said it was fine. Received room with hair dye stains on pillow and broken glass swept under bed. Was then later charged an additional 35$ for towels being dirty?

Good location. Close to where I needed to go.
My wife demands a refund. We were. We were gouged a whopping $ 259 for a garbage room. When my wife finished her shower, the shower curtain fell off and landed on the floor. The bathtub was plugged and wouldn't drain. There were no where to hang clothes as the rod was missing. The bathroom door lock was installed with the locking mechanism on the oustside of the door, making it possible for someone like a child to lock you in and you had no way to lock the door for privacy. we stayed at another hotel Saturday night, (Holiday Hotel) that was $107 cheaper and it was a better room.

Although this is an older motel, the room was clean, well-maintained, and a good value. It was hot in Bend, but the AC worked well. The motel was a bit farther than we considered walkable to downtown, especially given the heat, but just a five minute drive or so. There were breakfast spots close by that we could walk to, and we had quick access to Highway 97, which leads to the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, Lava Lands Visitor Center in the Deschutes National Forest, and other spots. We were happy with the motel.

No breakfast. This is an economy location. Lighting in the room is good.
My main issue is with the kind gentleman who informed us before checking in that this motel is not for handicapped guests. I was using a walker. He also judged us for the amount of items which we were traveling with. His general demeanor was not what I would like in a facility such as this.

Great value - lowest cost for everything we needed. Ample room for a family of four, clean, comfortable beds, shower & bath with toiletries, fridge & microwave, little coffee pot, phone charging usb port, free parking, and most of all proximity to both Bend and Mt. Bachelor. The manager was always available when needed, and it was evident that care was taken in the presentation of the room for our arrival - sweet little housekeeping touches. Much better quality than most low budget motels we've experienced.

location is great! staff was helpful.
our AC was struggling and it was loud. I have no idea how long the same bottle of soap was in the bathroom shower, but it had gunk on it.

The room was cleanish, but smelled. Bathroom was mostly updated. Nice new coffee maker.
Way over priced. We got there and someone was digging through the dumpster. Came back after concert and multiple people outside, groups of people, with chairs hanging out. I think they lived there. Junk cars in parking lot. Didn't feel safe staying. We left at 11 pm and drove home. I am so tired! Just looked at other motels in the area and look much better with lower price.

I loved it. Pricey. Because of summertime. That is my only complaint. Very nice owner and his son. Very clean. Nice air conditioning. Centrally located. Nice clean surroundings. I had 3 beds. Too many but I got the last room being held for a family. I had room 9.
No blow dryer. Bought an inexpensive one at Target. That's the only thing. Liked everything.

They moved me to another room for my second night.
It is winter, with snow falling outside. The space heater does not work at all. The main heating unit screeched very loudly whenever it came on. It was too cold to not have it running. I was totally exhausted, yet it woke me up every time it turned on. What a horrible night!

The room was great!
It was laid out in a unique way to fit 2 queen beds, staggered. Very functional.
In the corner over the frig and microwave is a shelf for the coffee pot. Big enough for the breakfast stuff I brought, and my rice cooker.
Very clean. Even the carpets, which is sometimes an issue in small hotels.
The water pressure is amazing.
The Manager is very nice. It wasn't a problem to extend my stay.
